Mandhi House Family Restaurant

It was my first time eating from the place, my cousin had recommended it to me. I had called them before they opened at 12 pm to pre-order a beef mandhi to carry all the way to udupi, as i was travelling on road from kottayam. They had it arranged as per my request by the time i reached Kozhikode. I tasted only a bite of the rice, fresh and hot from there, but it was very good. Not too oily or fatty, very aromatic. The kind i love. The food reached all the way to udupi really safe, and the taste was not affected in anyway. The mandhi was very good, and the beef was perfectly seasoned, not too much not too less. You can enjoy the flavour of the actual beef and the spices that accentuate it. Its a very simple and yum mandi that you can go and have any day. I highly recommend it .

Had Beef manthi. The manthi rice was average but the beef was tasty. There is a good amount of delay in service. The staff are not at all attentive.

Mandi House has really good food and a spacious parking area, which is convenient. The only downside is that you might have to wait a little longer to get your food, but it's worth it. Overall, a nice place to enjoy a tasty meal!

They have resins in mandhi which makes the it more flavourful the best mandhi I had in Kozhikode Ambience is just okok

Tried Peri Peri alfahm with mandhi rice . rice is delicious and will get unlimited. The chicken is not spicy as much as expected, but its tasty.

Disappointing Experience - Unacceptably Slow Service I recently visited mandhi hoise, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I've had. Despite arriving at a reasonable time and seeing only a moderate crowd, the service was painfully slow. We had to wait an eternity just to place our order, and even after that, the food took an absurdly long time to arrive. It felt like they expected us to beg for service! If they are not prepared to serve customers in a timely manner, they shouldn't be in the hospitality business. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. No updates, no apologies--just a long, frustrating wait. If you value your time, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of other restaurants where you won't have to wait forever just to get a meal. Extremely disappointing..

A great place to enjoy authentic and delicious Mandi dishes. The restaurant offers chicken, beef, and mutton Mandi, as well as varieties like Alfahm, peri peri Mandi, and green pepper Mandi, which add more taste and spice to the dish. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and the staff are courteous and attentive.
