McDonald's Calicut Focus Mall

Very Disappointing Experience at McDonald's, Focus Mall I had one of the worst food experiences at the McDonald's outlet in Focus Mall. The food quality was extremely poor, and it's honestly shocking coming from a reputed brand like McDonald's. I ordered fried chicken, and it was absolutely terrible -- it seemed like previously prepared food was re-coated with flour and deep-fried again. It tasted stale and completely unappetizing. Instead of satisfying hunger, it made me feel nauseated and uncomfortable. Initially, I thought maybe I was just unlucky to get a bad batch, but when I checked the reviews, I was surprised to see similar complaints going back as far as a year -- 1 year, 6 months, 3 months -- all mentioning the same issue with fried chicken. Clearly, nothing has been improved. As a customer, I feel the need to speak up. This is not acceptable. If food quality cannot be maintained, please take action -- either fix the standards or consider shutting down this outlet. Customers are not fools, and we deserve better.

Decent Experience, But Not Quite Up to McD Standards ................................................................................................................ I recently visited this McDonald's outlet and would say the overall experience was decent, though it didn't quite meet the expectations I usually associate with the brand. They do have self-order screens, which are convenient, but when it comes to the counters, there's room for improvement. There are two counters for placing orders, but staff presence was minimal, and I had to wait a while before someone attended to me. Compared to other McD outlets I've visited, the staff here could be a bit more professional. While they were polite, the overall service lacked the usual energy and efficiency. The outlet itself didn't quite feel like a typical McDonald's--it gave off more of a local franchise vibe. As for the food, the paneer burger didn't live up to the standard I've come to expect, but the fries with peri peri mix were excellent and definitely the highlight of my visit. Food was good we tried savings meal of 69 it was very good upon price. Burger was good for this price according to the brand

I bought fried chicken (6 pieces) & 4 chicken burgers from this joint at 3.15 pm today. I am just mentioning about fried chicken that it was Very very hot, making it difficult to eat. Since it was a parcel I could taste it only from home. So nothing could be done. MC Donald's lovers please specifically mention to put less chilli when you order food. Really shocking to go through all the reviews. Never thought Mac In India calicut would be such a low grade one. According to the reviews the food quality is bad as well as hygiene level is far low. How does this branch manage it's customer??? Really shocking & shattered.

After experiencing many MCDs for many years in Bangalore and other areas. This one was really pathetic. 1. The space is really congested. 2. The staff behaviour is extremely pathetic. They dont even have basic ethics and knowledge, i felt one item which was added go the bill was not served, when asked they said it's not added to the bill, i was sure it was added as he did clarify while making the bill, while leaving i sked for a bill copy, while giving it to me he qas verifying and said it was served and showed such a bad arrogant behaviour with expression and words, they have zero ethics on how to deal with customers. I went with family and it was really a waste of money and time Please look into the staff selection ne training process. Also assess the amenities and arrangements for seating. My visit was in 15th May around 9pm.

Bad service experience for the first time in this brand very pathetic service from each staff side. Order the combo meals but service the easc and every food in different time.

It was really nightmare for me as the staff's behaviour was too rude. There were 2 staffs around when we went in , and one guy at the counter took our order. I should say this - this guy wasn't hygienic at all , he was so consumed with bitting his nails. Then came in this lady - she was so arrogant to dismiss us and took order from others despite we were the first customers to place the order. Pls be mindfull of hiring staffs.
