Nice food items, I had Vellappam and chicken varattiyathu, it's so tasty, tried nice pathiri too, Vellappam is very soft and crispy, chicken varattiyath also spicy and delicious. This location is also easily accessible, Car and motor cycle parking is available and well maintained security system is also there.. Two types of sitting arrangements are there one is AC and other is non AC. Reasonable price for each items.. They will deliver food items as per your order to desired location. Totally the management system of this hotel is superb. Delicious evening snacks also available, they will deliver those items within a 8km radius circle I suggest this place to everyone who loves tasty food items with in a reasonable price !!

It's tough to get a seat here during rush hours however once you get inside, the experience is worth it. The service and attentiveness is equitable to a five star restaurant. The food is flavourful and pocket friendly. If you are entering the city or leaving it, Salkara should be your first stop for meals.

The perfect meal that i had in Kerala was at Salkara. The place is small with more customers every day. So you have to wait outside until a table is vacant. The best thing of this place is the beef dishes they serve. One of the best beef dishes I've ever tried. Do check their vast menu also go for Beef Pepper(gravy) & Appam, you'll like it!

Tried porotta and malabari chicken curry both are very good with taste. Only porotta and chapathi are available un breakfast menu . Some snacks also available there .

Those who are going to eat please do not read this The day I went to Kozhikode with my family for a purpose.... when I felt hungry in the afternoon, I did a Google search and went to Salkara, which I saw nearby. Lunch was ordered for everyone. As it was noon and everything was ready, the food reached the table quickly...... Those of us who did not eat non-veg and did not order non veg, got a meal with fish curry.. Finally we had to ask the people who were there for the vegetable curry and buy...... our this action was noticed by the manager ( or table boy) came to us....What's the matter and started asking are you comfortable here ... !!!! Anyway, I will never enter this store again A space that takes advantage of human hunger by placing many chairs and tables in a narrow room without space. It felt really bad to see several suppliers standing around us watching us, when we were eating. simply looking to our plates........ really bad.... really bad When many curries are served on a small plate, if you touch one, then you have to eat it from the table..... All in all it is a meal that can be remembered forever....a meal that will never be repeated again.. This is just an experience born out of the pain I felt when I cam with a desire and came back disappointed...... It may not happen to everyone so this is just my personal experience..... Always break the fast

One of my favourites restaurant in Kozhikode. Breakfast is the most liked one. Appam and stew is the best combination. Egg curry is also awesome.
