I recently visited the Restaurant/Canteen at Daya Hospital (Old Royal) Kunnamkulam, managed by Ruchi Group, multiple times while my mother was admitted to the hospital. While the food was just okay, there wasn't much to praise. The tea was good, but the chicken in the biryani was too hard. However, the hygiene standards were very poor, which is especially concerning for a hospital setting. I believe the hospital management should also take note, as such conditions can negatively impact their reputation. Improved cleanliness and better food quality would make a significant difference.
Great Authentic Taste. I had Appam & Chicken Stew. It was really awesome. Staffs are also well mannered. Thanks.
