Not sure what happened, the Biriyani was very bad. I never give negative review about a place, but the food they have served was disappointing. Went there with lot of expectations. I don't say I'm not recommending this place, maybe other food items are good. I hope they may serve good quality Biriyani next time. Good ambience, parking everything is fine.
Overall good experience here. Recommendable place to have food. Tasty food. Good atmosphere to dine in. Parking space is also available here. Easily accessible place because it is situated near kuthuparamba road. Overall good experience here for me.
I feel very sad to say that they first told me all items are availble during 9:30 pm but when took order so many items is missing from theire menu too dont make lies on foods also some one taste some food not have tasty
Wrong item delivered on parcel order... when called up to communicate the issue a lady on other side showed extreme unprofessional behaviour which is unacceptable...she needs to be trained properly if she is handling the phone..very poor customer service
The restaurant has well-designed interiors and enough parking for the customers. The staffs and the manager are well-mannered, and the food was not that much good. The burger and charcoal chicken we tried was a bit bland in flavour. Not Recommending
Very Poor Shawarma's One of the worst shawarma's delivered in KUTHUPARAMB
Parking and ambience is good. Need to improve the taste of biriyani. You will soon loose the customers through mouth publicity if you continue with this quality of food, specifically the biryani.
Celesta's porotta is very bad...it's way too hard... Others like alfaam , fried rice , etc..are awesome outstanding gravy.... Service is good... Atmosphere is not bad but not good because its a crowded restaurant...many people comes there and most of them order parcel ...so it's kind of 'overcrowded' .. One of the special is they will give us free gravy for porotta as compared to other restaurants....That is a pure kinded thing...
