Royal City - Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Comparatively better than most other KSRTC stopovers in Kerala. It is a preferred halt for State RTC buses like KSRTC (Kerala & Karnataka) and some private bus operators. The restaurant has a spacious dining area, including a separate A/C hall, providing a comfortable dining experience. The food is reasonably priced, making it a great option for those looking for a quick and affordable meal. I have visited this restaurant multiple times while traveling in KSRTC between Kerala and Karnataka. Though I haven't had the chance to try all of their food items, I often opt for quick meals or tea, which have always been satisfying. One of the standout features of this place is its cleanliness and maintenance. Compared to other hotels where KSRTC buses usually stop, this one is much cleaner and well-maintained, making it a preferred choice. However, the place can get a little crowded when 4 or 5 buses stop at the same time, which might cause a short wait during peak hours. The restaurant also has ample parking space, with enough parking inside for cars and space on the front road to accommodate 4-5 buses. The clean washrooms are another big plus, ensuring a comfortable stop for passengers. Additionally, the tea and juice shop at the entrance is a great spot to take a short break, with enough tables to sit and enjoy a cup of Kattan (black tea), regular tea, or coffee before continuing the journey.

First of all I suggest RITZY RESTAURANT near to royal City in kuttippuram .... Worst experience, staff behaviour is good .... Since it is a multi cuisine restaurant, they don't have good service..... There were a lot of dust in the seating chair .... The atmosphere was full of dirt .... Food was good but it is not tasty at all .... Alfaham was not cooked well , I don't prefer alfaham it is not good at all ... Only half cooked ..... Porotta was good , tea was excellent ..... I think royal City in manoor , edappal was far better in case of service and food

I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The Chicken Biryani we ordered was particularly delightful, and the standout element was the impeccable service provided by a staff member. Their kind treatment and thoughtful hospitality were evident, especially when they offered a small serving of plain rice for our baby. It's these personal touches that truly made our dining experience memorable. However, there is room for improvement in the bathroom and wash area, which could enhance the overall impression of the establishment.

The food was okay, but the service was abysmal. We had visited the place on 6th May 2025 during our road trip through Tamil Nadu and Kerala. But did not experience any such worst service during the entire trip. We reached there during lunch time and were directed to the A/C restaurant at the first floor by the receptionist. Till then it was ok. Once we were seated, it took a long time for the waiter to come and take the order, the trouble started from here.... Then the food took an abnormal wait time, during this they switched off the A/C. As the place was fully covered and the glass windows were transparent, we all started sweating, but the staff did not even switch on the fans despite we requested multiple times. The food was also not that great to go through such a pain. We had to leave most of the food due to the suffocating atmosphere and leave the hotel. The customer care was atrocious. While they've invested heavily in decor, it's clear they've neglected staff training on providing good customer service. When we complained, the reception's response was dismissive and unhelpful. Unless they improve, I'd advise others to avoid this place.

The service and food was totally bad. Plain rice was i think they gave yesterday rice and the service guy was arguing like it was todays.one but after that he bring today's plain rice both are totally different as you can see that from uploaded pictures.We had food from your manoor road brach there was totally fine. There is no consistency in foods...

We didn't have high expectations based on the restaurant's atmosphere, but the experience was still disappointing. The food was quite poor in quality, and the service was disorganized and lacking. Overall, it was a very unsatisfying visit.

Do not visit with family. This hotel is a scam, I ordered Gobi 65 and all they did is fry it in some cornflower and it tasted raw and burned. Even the paneer raste awfully. They are fooling people. The fort of staff eagerly takes your money and the bathroom is dirty. You will get better food in tatukada than spending 1000s of ruppes here.

Tried the mandhi at Madhbi Restaurant recently, and I must say--it was really nice! The flavors were well-balanced, the rice perfectly cooked, and the meat tender and juicy. It's clear they put care into getting the taste just right. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal. Overall, a good experience and definitely a recommendable spot if you're craving a quality mandhi in Malappuram.
