Pizza Hut | Malappuram

Despite our excitement to have the renowned Pizza Hut brand in our local area, our experience at the Manjeri location was disappointing. The pizza and mushroom pasta we ordered arrived with severely burned toppings on the pizza and an unpleasantly bitter mushroom pasta. Attempts to reach the provided contact numbers were unsuccessful. When we brought the unsatisfactory order back to the shop, the staff promptly replaced it at no extra charge, demonstrating commendable customer service. While we appreciate their responsive and accommodating attitude, there remains significant room for improvement in the overall quality and authentic flavor profile of the Pizza Hut offerings.

Everything except was duly experienced from the star multinational pizza chain, the first of its kind in Malappuram dist , at a cozy convenient spot but well spaced and with ample parking stands out in its own way . Well mannered and trained staffs as always expected... delicious n steamy pizzas and sides ... only down side , their soft drinks were a bit watery...

I tried the tandoori chicken pizza from Pizza Hut today, and I must say, despite not being a cheese lover, I enjoyed the overall taste. The toppings were decent, though nothing exceptional, but what truly stood out was the crust. It struck the perfect balance between being thick, crunchy, and soft, making it absolutely delicious. For a single person, the personal-sized option should suffice. In summary, while the toppings were average, the delightful crust made this pizza a satisfying choice for a quick meal at Pizza Hut.

"I'm extremely disappointed with the subpar service I received. Despite waiting for several minutes, the order attendant seemed oblivious to our presence. When I finally caught her attention, she curtly instructed me to place my order at the counter, displaying a blatant lack of respect. To make matters worse, the pizza was underwhelming. I'd rate the food 1/5 and the service an abysmal 0/5. The overall experience was thoroughly unimpressive."

Some of my cousins who are from abroad did not like the taste of Pizza hut from Bengaluru and hence already decided that this is going to be bad. But to our surprise they really loved it and re-ordered many items.Their garlic bread is must try. They also had BOGO offers for medium and pan pizzas. Better than many other Pizza hut franchises. Some of the options in the menu was not available (cheese max and pan base)

This is the most authentic pizza spot in Manjeri. I have visited many pizza shops in Malappuram, but this one hits different. The pizzas are authentic and tasty. The interiors are neat and clean and have a very good ambience. The staffs are polite and professional and you can ask for suggestions on pizzas. They have a shared parking structure. So parking will be a little bit different infront of the shop.

Good Nice ambience, pizza & pasta are delicious (i think the best in manjeri) Bad Handwash inside the toilet, they charge very high price for drinks & beverages (for 1 glass pepsi 93)

We ordered Mexican Veg fiesta pizza . It was yummy and tasty. As drinks we ordered Masala Pepsi and Masala lime. Both were good in taste. Also the staffs were friendl y and fast in delivering the order
