I ordered the 3-piece spicy fried chicken combo with waffle fries and coleslaw. The chicken was piping hot, golden brown, and perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy inside. The seasoning had a nice kick without being overwhelming. The waffle fries were crunchy and well-seasoned, and the coleslaw added a cool, tangy contrast that balanced the meal. The staff was friendly and efficient. Despite a small crowd, the service was quick, and the food came out fresh. The restaurant itself was clean with a simple, diner-style layout. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was comfortable and inviting. Thank you to the chef and staff for the delicious food and warm hospitality. Everything was perfect

For the best customer perception, I strongly recommend you don't reprimand your employees where customers can hear or see it. It undermines their authority and can make customers feel awkward. NB : Serving food with a pleasant smile enhances the customer experience.

I live next to this restaurant and, after hearing some negative comments, decided to try it for myself. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered loaded chicken fries, Mexican wraps, chicken popcorn, sandwiches, and a burger. The food tasted below average. Despite being very pricey, the portions were small. For instance, the cheese in the fries was minimal, just a handful, and the seasoning was unpleasant. Overall, it was not worth the cost. I would rate this experience a 4/10.

The food was good. We ordered Burger,KFC, French Fries and soft drinks. It was served by Shibin who was very polite. And the thing to be highlighted is that the wash area and toilet were clean and neat. We can recommend it for our friends

I had a highly disappointing experience at this branch. The service was poor--the staff, especially the lady who served us, was rude and unprofessional, throwing the menu and showing no interest in taking our order. The background music was dull and annoying, adding to the discomfort. The food quality was also subpar, leaving me with heartburn. I've had great experiences at other branches, but this one was a complete letdown.

Food was good. I had a chicken wrap. It was spicy and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The shop can be easily found. Parking space is Adequate. They also have a EV charger outside.
