Had dinner from here, food tasted good. Served well and good. Staffs are attentive and well behaved. Interior & cleanliness could have improved. Have enough parking space in front of the hotel. Overall good dining. Thank you
Pepper chicken gravy and parota combo is so good.. quantity is good
Food was good. Beef chilli was very soft. It was very hot inside with no proper ventilation or AC.
Alfam is good but mandhi Ric is very bad
Very bad service. Customer service was too bad. The guy who took the order was very rude to us. He didn't even give us the menu card and was not taking the order properly. He was very arrogant and was not accepting his mistakes. When we cancelled our order and came out of the restaurant, the same experience was reported by few other customers too. Overall it was a very bad experience that we recieved here. Never gonna suggest this hotel to anyone just bcoz of this guy.
Good food at reasonable price
Disappointing and Overpriced 300 Veg Kuruma Yesterday I dined at sulthan palace and was extremely disappointed with the veg kuruma curry. For the price 300 they charge, making the high price even more unjustifiable. There are far better places to get a quality veg curry at a reasonable price. Definitely not worth the money --won't be returning.
