Nexstay Ministers Mansion Kanthalloor

We stayed at NextStay Ministers Mansion in Kanthalloor last week. It was a very bad experience. The resort's management is extremely poor. There are about 14-16 rooms, but only 3 staff members to manage everything. Because of this, the rooms were not cleaned properly and were in a dirty condition. The surroundings were completely overgrown with wild plants and looked completely unmaintained. The swimming pool was very dirty and unhygienic. Even the room lights were not working properly. The overall condition made it hard to believe that this is a resort or a tourist property. It was a very disappointing stay.

The accommodation was neat and clean, making me feel right at home. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the staff - they were incredibly supportive and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I have been to many resorts and I have never seen such bad service anywhere. I went there last month. I didn't even get a welcome drink. The rooms are very dirty. The bed sheets and mats are all stuck together. It's really bad. The swimming pool is very bad. They buy cash first and put it in their hands. That's the main thing there. Even worse is that there are clothes lying on the road. The license of a resort like this should be cancelled. Please don't go there. You don't even get an evening snack or tea. Very bad.

I booked a room on April 13, 2025 and stayed there. I vacated the room on the 14th but forgot to take my charger from there. I called them within an hour and informed them but they said they didn't see it and left. I have never seen such a irresponsible resort in my life.

Not recommend for Family who look for perfect stay. My experience shared below. I found the same kind of repeated complaints from earlier stay. Hope no one care to rectify Dissapointments. 1. Very smelly toilets. Even after several complaints no one came to atleast check or rectify 2. I paid for extra bed. But they provide only bed and pillow without blanket or comfort. When i ask for it, they said they dont have. we struggled alot in very cold climate. 3. Room bed are not properly clean before arrival. Found blood stains in bed cover and comfort. 4. Towels were not provided 5. Swimming Pool is not clean 6. Very less car parking space. Possible for only 2 cars. If somebody park behind your car then you need to wait until they remove. 7. Most of the staffs are rude. If you ask or complain about anything they will provide a rude reply 8. Not satisfied with morning breakfast. Not punctual in timing. Half cooked items. We need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for some items to refill. Satisfied Things 1. Good gardening and pleasant view from balcony

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were bad. Then they changed us to another room. It was a little better. Another thing is the bad service they gave us. Everything was very bad.The food we were given at night was also very bad.

This is the worst worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life ! Not even 1 star is recommended for this hotel ! 1. We checked in early 2 hr before , they told us to pay 1000 extra for 1 room and 2000 for 2 rooms! 2.No proper safety in the room , door handle was broken, so that anyone can enter easily ( photo attached ) 3. Room not cleans , duvet cover too dirty 4. Rooms with too much of bad smell 5. No driver room , arrogant speaking with driver and clients 6. No proper car parking 7. Food price is too much , please do not order there! OVERAALLLLLLL EXPERIENCE 0 ! please do not go this property! even if u go., u will get too depressed and im guaranteed in it !

Resort atmosphere is quite good. the service part bad compared with the rate they charge, second say dinner way was so bad and charged too high without bill. 6the front office staff behaviour professionally good, may be the management spoil the hospitality.
