We stopped by Elayidath Restaurant in Mathilakam for a quick breakfast and were quite satisfied with the overall experience. We tried their poori masala set, vada set, and ney roast, along with both tea and coffee. All the dishes were freshly prepared and tasted really good -- especially the ney roast, which was crispy and flavorful. However, we did notice that the white chutney served with the food had a slight off taste, which could be improved. That aside, everything else was well-balanced and enjoyable. The restaurant offers good dining space with a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and another plus point is the ample parking space, which makes it convenient for families and travelers.

I stopped by "C S Elayath Vegetarian Restaurant" for lunch during a bike ride and had a great time. The food was tasty and affordable. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff was helpful. Plus, there was a covered parking area for bikes, which was really convenient. While the entrance had a small step, so it was partially accessible for wheelchairs. Overall, it was a good experience.

This place has a stress-free energy. The food is great as it almost always is in all of Kerala. And we really appreciated the help we got with impromptu Showers in their exceptionally clean Washrooms. Thank You!

Yesterday We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We waited for 15 minutes, but not a single waiter came to take our order. They took orders from people who arrived after us, while we, with children and elderly people, waited for a long time. It felt like they were showing partiality towards other customers. After waiting for so long, the only food available was dosa, and the dosa was incredibly hard.

Food was pretty good. Hygiene was alright. Good parking facility. Food tastes pretty average for what it's worth. Chutneys felt watered down, and everything else felt like your average South Indian restaurant food. Nothing special about the place, but ig it's better than nearby vegetarian restaurants.

We practically had to beg to get any service, which made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend stopping here if you're expecting even basic hospitality.
