This place is worth all the hype you'll read online. The restaurant has limited seating so it's advised to make reservations well in advance. It's located within a beautiful property. You'll get a buggy at the reception to talk you to the pick up / drop off point. From there, you have to walk a bit down some steps to reach the restaurant (& climb up when you return). The view from this place is the highlight as it overlooks gorgeous hills, valley & tea estates. Food is top notch & the staff is quite friendly. We had an amazing time over lunch. It's a must visit for a romantic date in the hills.

Excellent food. Service although bit patchy to start with picked up and was attentive. Ambience is ok. Quaint little restaurant with a small dining area. they pretty much focus on catering for in house guests only during peak Season so better call in and make a reservation. Portion sizes are reasonable, great local flavors.. Access is a bit difficult for elderly people or people with mobility issues, a fair bit to steps to conquer. Must try..

What an amazing place to have lunch. The food was super delicious. We ordered mutton and fish dishes and the flavours were amazing. Hospitality by Amrutha was better than some of the 5 star hotels we have visited. The view from their dining just adds to the whole experience. We stayed at the Valle Munnar but went here for lunch looking at the reviews, but the taste, view and the hospitality was more than we expected. Must visit.

Nestled in Bison Valley, The Hornbill Restaurant serves up wholesome, delicious organic food accompanied by spectacular views of lush tea gardens. The restaurant is perched at an elevation, featuring private cottages that provide stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape. It's a short 3 minute walk down hill through the property to reach the restaurant. As a vegetarian, I was delighted by our selections. We ordered the palak paneer, which featured succulent, soft paneer enveloped in perfectly tempered palak gravy. The vegetable korma was spiced just right, and the wheat paratha was beautifully layered and absolutely delicious. All dishes are crafted from organic vegetables, free from artificial coloring or excessive spices. The flavors were beautifully balanced, with a perfect presentation that complemented the meal. The service was impeccable. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely polite, embodying the essence of true hospitality. If you want to enjoy the purest essence of Munnar, this is the place to indulge in fantastic food whipping up local dishes,North Indian and chinese. With pricing comparable to other restaurants in and around Munnar, the luxury this establishment offers, combined with the quality of food, breathtaking views, and tranquility, is unmatched in the region. Very good one. Nestled in the laps of hill, one can have a beautiful view of the hill from the restaurant. Inside the Blackberry Resort, well maintained by the authorities, nice ambience with great food and good service. Quite reasonable prices. Warm hospitality by the team. They do have Golf Cars for your transportation from the main entrance to the reception.

Such a lovely place,, beautiful vibes and absolutely amazing food. Courteous staff. There r very few places from where you can see the mountain view.

This restaurant is located inside Blackberry hills resort in Munnar and the location is amazing. You get an amazing view from the restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was top notch. Will recommend this place for sure.
