It was a good experience. The restaurant had plenty of tables, so seating was not an issue. The food was tasty and met expectations. Overall, it's a nice spot for a quick, satisfying meal. But the price is a bit high.

We are unhappy with the items we ordered from Muvattupuzha Chicken through Zomato as part of our birthday party today on 03/01/25. Unlike the previous ones, the size of the chicken pieces has been significantly reduced and each chicken piece has been coated with a large layer of fried masala to make it look bigger. Also, since all the pieces were fried in the same oil more than once, they had darkened and completely lost their fresh look. We are very disappointed to remind you that you are responsible for maintaining quality and quantity when customers pay high prices.

Bad experience altogether, bought (take away) 6 piece buckets and we were given 3 very small wing like pieces. Upon enquiry, they are saying, six piece bucket means 3 normal pieces and 3 small pieces. They never said that while placing the order or mentioned in the brochure. Its cheating the customer by making us think that all pieces are all same while they are small wings like ones. This is borderline fraud and misleading practices they are following. I have bought from tdpa, ettumanoor and other chickking outlets and never felt this bad.

The does not come close to KFC standard. Food is served hot from the frying pan. So if you like it, you may enjoy. The taste had to be improved. The oil quality should be improved. The whole shop was filled with smoke.

Staffs are not much customer friendly because they are acting like they are busy. I visited many times there, serving time is different. Today i spend 10-15 minutes for my menu. Food items are keeping a good standard. Chick king must give a proper training for staff.

Located inside Grand Central Mall. Moderately crowded at night. Have to wait at least 15 min or higher to get your order done. Adequate hygiene. Not so fancy as new gen mall shops. Fried chicken was very good. I didn't like the Burger though. Parking space is there under the mall compound.

It's located on the ground floor of the grand central mall. As per the government guidelines, inside dining is not permitted and due to that inside dining is unavailable (I'm writing this review on the 22nd of July, 2021). So either you should order via Zomato/Swiggy or you should go there and buy. I went there and bought the eatables. The shop was not at all crowded but still, the order took 15-20 minutes. All the things were really tasty. The hot tacos were just superb.
