5/5 Stars - Club Shavaya I recently had the pleasure of dining at Club Shavaya, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Parking: The parking facilities were convenient and ample, making it easy to park and enjoy the evening. Food: The food was outstanding! Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, with flavors that exceeded my expectations. Ambiance: The ambiance was fantastic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that complemented the excellent food and service. Overall, I'd highly recommend Club Shavaya to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Food was really good. Had to wait too long to get a seat but the food was worth the wait. We tried their Mutton Mandi and Masala Shawaya. Their salads and bottled pickles deserve a special mention as well. Mutton quality was too good. The whole place is so filled up that you will have to wait sometimes to get a seat. The service is good and they provide ample parking. But their washrooms aren't that clean which is quite obvious as these many people visit them a day.

I decided to give Club Shawaya Restaurant a second try. This time, I ordered Honey Shawaya and Masala Shawaya with rice. The rice was long-grain, but it had an unpleasant feeling. I could only eat about half of it. The Honey Shawaya didn't feel good to me; I barely ate a few bites. The Masala Shawaya had an overpowering masala kick, making it hard to enjoy. To finish, I also tried a Mint Lime, but it was overloaded with sugar. I ended up packing the rest of the food to go, but on my way home, I started feeling to vomit and eventually, I couldn't hold it in. To be honest, based on my experience, I don't think this is a healthy choice. Others might feel differently, but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Tried the much-hyped Masala Shawaya Mandi from Club Shawaya, Muvattupuzha--but honestly, it didn't live up to the expectations. We ordered half Masala Shawaya (410). The chicken was tender and the masala on top was flavorful. However, the mandi rice was a letdown. They served two types--plain and masala rice. The plain one lacked flavor, and while the masala rice was slightly better, it still didn't impress. Great ambience and customer service, but the rice quality doesn't match the hype!

I had ordered Mandi Rice, Alfaham, Green Chilli Alfaham, Peri Peri Alfaham, Turkish Alfaham and Arabic Shawaya from Muvattupuzha Club Shawaya via Zomato last Tuesday 11-02-25. I am sad to report that all the dishes were disappointing. All the chicken dishes were half cooked and tasteless to the point of being difficult to eat. The rice tasted like it had a plastic coating. Our mood, which was expecting a very enjoyable evening, was completely ruined.

The place is overrated. We tried the masala shawai, but it tasted like cooked chicken tossed in fish masala -- definitely not authentic. I've had much better masala shawai. The rice was also disappointing, and the portion sizes for both the chicken and rice were too small. Overall, not worth the price. Customer service was poor. Despite several waiters being around, none came to take our order even after we called them. They just kept asking each other to go instead. We were given plates long before we were even handed the menu.

Awesome place.. they have plenty of parking and the ambience is also great, they have a separate Waiting area for take away and I noticed that they provide drinking water for the waiting area .. coming to the service, which is also good, we came in around 3.pm which is not so crowded.. so food serves relatively fast.. we tried their special shawaya.. which I did not like that much tbh. But my wife really liked it .. we also tried brosted chicken..which was good .. the only negative Ive found is we came with our little one, and we ordered brosted chicken for our baby but they insisted that they won't give one piece so we had to order 4 pieces. Later we parcel the 3 pieces. The management needs to sort this out or have something for children as well
