Feedback. - D cart really made my ONAM special I ordered Sadhya from D cart and had ordered pazham payasam... And finally morning they called and said its not available... You can opt of some other Payasam... If this is not available why are these guys keeping pre - booking ? Whats the meaning of pre booking then? And also they are giving us options for Payasam we oder for our taste Why are u compelling us to take the Payasam which is available ? Really bad experience... We had made advance payment and ordered the Sandhya for 250 Rs.. And Payasam for 280 we do value our money... As an individual I had recommended few of my friends and family D cart but it's a no from now... They have ordered Sandhya too God knows how it will be... Guys one suggestion if u don't have the products tell the customer a day before or couple of days before not in the day hours before when the customer Is waiting for the Sandhya
Bad service really sad... They called me and said they is no pazham payasam available... We did pre book the payasam and now telling its not available on the day when a customer is waiting for sadhya its not the right way to approach really bad experience

One of most irresponsible delivery teams. Doesn't care about customer service or atleast even punctuality. Really disappointed!!
