Farsi Arabic Cafe, Kizhakkekara

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this food stall. The staff was rude and uninterested in helping customers. To make things worse, when I politely raised my concern, the staff dismissed it without an apology. This is by far one of the worst customer experiences I've had at a food stall. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they improve their service and cleanliness. My friend have experienced the same too!

During my last visit with friends , we tried the Alfaham and Alfaham Mandhi . Both were well cooked and incredibly delicious. The service was fine , and the overall dining experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place for its delectable food and great service. Already visited their other outlet in Kozhippilly which is one of the best in town . Recommended......

Disappointing experience.... Disappointing experience due to terrible customer service. The staff was rude, inattentive, and seemed uninterested in helping. We waited far too long for our order, and when we finally got our food, it was cold. No apologies, no effort to make things right. Definitely not worth the visit. Would not recommend

The beef tawa Mandi and alfam Mandi, which were the highlights of our meal, fell short of expectations. The quality of the beef was not up to par, and both dishes lacked flavor and freshness. The rice, a crucial component of Mandi dishes, was particularly disappointing, lacking taste and texture. The service provided at Farzi Arabic Cafe was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, failing to address our concerns or provide assistance when needed. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy, which significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. Hygiene is paramount in any dining establishment, but unfortunately, Farzi Arabic Cafe failed to meet basic standards in this regard. The cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired, with evident signs of neglect in various areas of the restaurant. From dirty tables to unkempt restrooms, the lack of hygiene was concerning and certainly impacted our perception of the establishment. My experience at Farzi Arabic Cafe in Muvattupuzha was highly disappointing. The subpar food quality, poor customer service, and inadequate hygiene standards collectively contributed to a lackluster dining experience. While the concept of the cafe is intriguing, its execution fell short of expectations. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend Farzi Arabic Cafe to fellow diners seeking a satisfying culinary experience.

Amazing Mandi spot! Juicy meat, flavorful rice, and the perfect honey glaze. Great service-fast, friendly, and always reliable. My go-to spot!
