Hotel Dhanya

Good food, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. Ample parking and clean toilets. Friendly staff and owner. Really tasty food. The place is nearly spotless and has received an award for being the cleanest.

I've tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Dhanya Hotel, Muvattupuzha - and honestly, everything was really good! For breakfast, their Kerala parotta with egg curry and chicken curry was super tasty. Lunch was the highlight for me - the fish curry meals brought back memories of old nadan meen curry oonu. For dinner, I had parotta with veg kurma and idiappam, and they didn't disappoint either. Great flavors, good portions. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Very bad experience. Ordered mutton biryani, chicken biryani, egg fried rice and fish meals, prawns fry. Rate of mutton biriyani is 300. It was not upto the mark. Quantity was less and also quality is poor. When I tasted chicken biryani, I realised that mutton biriyani was better. Such a flop chicken biryani. Prawns fry was on another level. Prawns were feeling a boiled taste and masala was standing separately, salt was also not there, may be they will be much conscious about the customers health. With this kind of taste no one will order more foods.

Hotel Dhanya is one of the recommended restaurants in muvattupuzha that offers the best service to the guests. Feel cleanliness and hygiene rank as top priorities for Hotel Dhanya. Food, ambiance, service and neatness are commendable with affordable price. Dhanya hotel is just opposite the market road. Free street parking is available.

We visited Dhanya on 10th April 2025 at 12:46 PM for lunch. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. We ordered fish curry meals, but the dishes and rice were not served hot, which affected the overall taste and comfort of the meal. Additionally, the fish curry tasted old and was cold, which made it quite unappetizing. We hope the restaurant takes note of this and improves the quality and freshness of their food, especially during peak lunch hours.

A very good breakfast spot. I would recommend their appam or porotta and duck egg roast as breakfast combo. Poori masala was not good (better try from Idli shop).

We ordered fish curry meals (Rs 140), chicken biryani (Rs 160), Porotta (Rs 13), chicken curry (Rs 140), & Fish fry (Rs 160). Good food & service at reasonable price.
