Hotel Narendra Central

If you land at Cochin in the evening, and want to get a third of the way to Munnar (to shorten the journey in the morning), this is an ideal location and a lovely, comfortable hotel. The staff were so helpful, as they kept the kitchen open for us later than usual, because of our late arrival. Rooms were well kept and very comfortable. |Breakfast service was almost comedy! Although we ordered from the breakfast menu, it was difficult to be understood, and everything came out wrong - but that was my fault, rather than theirs. My Malayalam is much worse than their English and, because it's not on the tourist trail, they probably weren't used to English travellers.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive. In summary, a good hotel room combines comfort, functionality, cleanliness, and modern amenities to provide guests with a memorable and enjoyable stay. I simply checked in this hotel looking at its location, which i found the most centrally located. Once i checked in, i was delighted by the warmth i got from the staff. Even the owner Mr. Rahul Windlass takes lots of pain to give the best services to his guests. The food quality is very upto mark and is very reasonable I wish all the best to Hotel Ambassador's team and wish them all the success in future and request them to keepup the good work they have been doing

Superb stay with a very warm ambience. The room was neat, with all necessary amenities provided. Above all, there was a sumptuous breakfast waiting for us in the morning. Had a great experience overall. Would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying here on two occasions when I came to visit my sister. On the first occasion the stay was good, with good room service and tasty food. But now it has come up in a great way... from good to excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The staff are very courteous and attentive... And above all the food served here is fresh, beautifully presented and delicious
