The place looks top class. The food was served hot and taste was good. But I felt service was little bit slow, it was difficult to order again. The cleanliness was very good. The price was not very high. The chatti chor was very good...

We had one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had with customer service. It took them 45 minutes just to serve four lime juices. During that time, they blatantly prioritized other customers, serving them full meals while we sat waiting. When our food finally arrived, the order was incomplete--clearly a result of the staff member who took our order not paying any attention or care. To make things worse, when we questioned him about the missing items, he responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. While the food itself was fine, the sheer lack of respect and basic courtesy from the staff completely ruined the experience.

Went for an early dinner when passing through the town. The service was great. Mr Sujith was a great host. He tried his best to recommend the best options to us. The Mutton biryani was an absolute failure. The meat was like a stewed tyre. It was more like a curry+rice. The fish moilee and appam was lip smacking - perfect. Large portions and cooked to perfection - good one there - recommended. We ordered a portion of Singapore noodles and it was just below average. Maybe it's their take on this dish - but was just too bland and was nothing like the usual Singapore noodles we get elsewhere. Also the meat and veggies were of very low quality and quantity. Just passable. The cream soups were decent - just that the whole dish didn't come together - seemed disconnected. I guess the service and and atmosphere make up for the below average food. Don't order the Mutton biriyani. Full marks for the staff and their service.

Probably the worst restaurant I ever visited. Waited for eternity for our food to arrive and finally left without eating. Unclean and understaffed, the leftovers were kept on the table as it is, without any bother to clean them.

I really dont know why this hotel has a 4star review. We walked in to eat some rice and meals and they were literally out of all rice dishes by 2pm. A hotel in kerala with no rice. Imagine the horror. Ordered 2 chicken dishes and 1 beef dish along with porotta and chappati. Chicken tastes like as if it was cooked in 2022. Special mention goes to porotta. Unflaky and i personally prefer rubber than this. We tried ordering a fresh lime juice but it was either not available or they completely forgot about it. Only positive thing about the restaurant is their ambiance and service of the staff.

Well behaved and active staff, Good ambience and tasty food. Definitely a must try.

Their butter chicken and chili chicken were like full of bones with less meat - not exactly what you'd expect, right? Plus, the service? Total letdown. The staff couldn't care less. Save yourself the hassle and find a spot that actually cares about what they serve and how they treat their customers. Note : Their momos were actually decent, but that's about the only good thing I can say. Everything else was a letdown.
