Sri Vinayak UDUPI Pure Veg. Restaurant, Muvattupuzha

A typical vegetarian restaurant. Food is not that great and not so bad however we had a bad experience in terms of Puri being served half fried. Masala Dosa is pretty good however their special dosas are not available in the morning. Coffee and tea are pretty decent and modestly priced mornings are bit crowder and there are only two washrooms which may keep you waiting for sometime. It is also attached to a hotel and there is an in-house bakery inside the restaurant. They have got ample parking due to the hotel. I could get a wash scrubber placed inside the tissue dispenser, which was a quite awkward experience

Sri Vinayak Udupi is conveniently located on the highway to Muvattupuzha, making it easy to spot. The restaurant features a decent-sized parking area and well-maintained exteriors, adding to its appeal. Additionally, there's a bakery on the premises offering quick bite options for those on the go. The restaurant itself boasts a fairly large, air-conditioned seating area, which ensures a comfortable dining experience. The restrooms were clean, a detail we appreciated. While the service was decent, the food left much to be desired. We sampled their dosas, but unfortunately, they were quite average--nothing that would entice us to visit again.

We visited Sri Vinayaka Udupi in Muvattupuzha around 3 PM and had a great experience. Since it was past lunchtime, meals weren't available, so we went for their variety of dosas - ney roast, ghee roast, paneer roast, butter roast, and a few others. Every dosa was flavorful and well-prepared, with a satisfying balance of crispiness and taste. The prices were quite reasonable too, around 80 to 100 per dosa. It's a great vegetarian option in Muvattupuzha - highly recommended for dosa lovers!

Food was good. But service was pathetic. It took 20 minutes to take order. Another 20 minutes to reply that few what we ordered were over. Still some dishes which we got was good. Honesty don't go there if you are in a rush.

Visited Sri Vinayak UDUPI for dinner and tried their masala dosa, which was really good! Priced at Rs 68, it came with three types of chutney and sambar, adding a nice variety of flavours. The restaurant is neat and clean, offering a comfortable dining experience. There's also parking space available, which is convenient.

We recently had breakfast at this restaurant and enjoyed one of the best masala dosas we've had in a while. The chutney was excellent, and the tea had a wonderful flavor. Later the same day, we ordered the Gobi Manchurian (Dry) and were pleasantly surprised by the generous quantity -- it's enough for three people to share comfortably. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The staff were really arrogant with service and orders. Doesn't even know the basic manners of treating the costumers We were sitting in an unclean table for a long time. Even after multiple requests they were not ready to even clean the table, let alone serve food Won't ever recommend this place during peak hours

I had high expectations from Vinayak Udupi Restaurant, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I ordered the Paneer Masala Dosa, expecting a proper paneer stuffing, but they mixed paneer with potato--a completely unnecessary and disappointing combination. If I wanted potato, I would have just ordered a regular masala dosa! To make things worse, some people at my table ordered meals, and the rice was half-cooked--how can a restaurant serving South Indian food mess up rice? It seems like the name Udupi is just there to mislead customers into thinking they serve authentic food. On top of that, the toilet was not clean, which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards. Service was average, and the ambiance was nothing special. But with bad food and poor cleanliness, this place is absolutely not worth it. Wouldn't visit again!
