Execute bar is like non ac bar no good cooling

Hotel Ambiance was good. Parking space not at well but the rooms are Clean and good. its situated near Nedumangad Bus Stand.

I am one of the regular customer of your business group. However, my experience on 24th May 2024 was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional and discourteous behavior exhibited by the receptionist on duty. They are very busy to chitchat. And me and my mom are roaming around the building to find the restaurant. As a customer, I believe it is important to be treated with courtesy and respect. I strongly believe that such behavior, if left unaddressed, could harm the reputation of your restaurant and deter loyal customers like myself from returning.

The security and staff were very polite, esp the person who led us to the restaurant and served food. The ambience of the hotel and restaurant is good. The food tasted really good, also without much delay in serving. Altogether service was excellent. The restuarant and washrooms were very clean. I liked this restaurant and would recommend to visit.

Poor cleanliness standards. Noticeable stains on the table and floor.

This hotel is very good for rich and medium class peoples It is situated very near to nedumangadu bus station Opposite to Surya bar It has a very good and wide range of bar for locals and VIP VIP is ac lounch Local bar Also there Price is not much High Food Also available Parking for two wheeler and four wheelers are available All kind of rooms are available

Ambience was nice, when ordering food u had to have an eye on quantity. Sometimes you can't finish what you ordered
