High Range Hotel & Family Restaurant

Terrible experience !! Ordered two veg. biriyani, got two ghee rice with masala dosa mix inside. Just tasted like masala dosa with just potatoes and chilly. When asked about it, we were informed that this is how they make veg. biriyani. I'm guessing they never had good veg. biriyani. Try to avoid it if you value your money for food!!

Stopped for lunch while returning back to Kochi from Vagamon. Food is good and portion size is also large. Service was fast, but staff lacked the hospitality. The place was crowded for lunch. There is a separate family dining area. The ambiance is poor and doesn't look well maintained, but if you are looking for a quick dining then this could be the place. A very small parking area, but you can park by the roadside.

Erachi chor and Biryani were good. All the items served are of good quality. Ambience, seating, cleanliness and service could be improved.

Food was ok, the menu showing in the map all items not available, the porotta and curry I have eaten was good not bad and i also had one black tea

The resturant is pretty economical. Food is nice, service is good and the washrooms is bit smelly and not tidy.

We planned to have dinner at 'Highrange Hotel Erattupetta', but when we arrived, a bike was parked in the car parking space. No staff came to manage the situation or assist with parking the car, making it seem like they weren't interested in helping customers. A person at the reception saw everything but showed no concern about it. This left us with a negative impression, so the six of us decided to leave and went to the nearby Mareena Hotel, where we had a much better customer experience.

We had dinner at 9.45 pm , everything tasted horrible and the area were not atall clean even the kitchen and the daining area directly told to the casher he didn't take any notice to what we said, next day morning kids started loose stools and fever. Please don't dine there.

Had lunch today (06/04/2020). Fish - super tastey at reasonable price. Beef Fry - was in good condition, perfectly cooked. Biriyani - salad was awesome chicken and rice also. Only CON I noticed about parking. But I don't know whether they have a parking lot nearby. Food quality, staff behaviour and seating was nice.
