Very nice rooms . Service is better. Good food but rate is high.
Food was good ! I was more satisfied with the customer service ! The staff who served us was so polite and was having a smile on his face ! This man will def attract lot of customers through his service ! Location of the restaurant is not great ! Parking sucks !!
Worst hospitality ever had,arrogant receptionist. Check out time in MMT is 11 am but they asking to leave the hotel before 8am.worstest hotel that i ever stayed
At the initial time.... It was a great experience. But going time by time it's going really pathetic service even in the executive bar. The side dish the ambience everything went so down. I hope the management will look into this matter very seriously. Atleast I request to increase the quality of side dish and also the others. Taste went very... Down . Earlier they served chicken and fruits. But now they are serving very low quality paripp Vada and some corn flakes. And mixture....
Rooms did not have hot water, water pressure was very bad. Breakfast was buffet but then restricted us to only one dosa and charged me for the second one.
It's really disappointed us . Food quality and taste is not good and moreover they are highly charging for every dishes. Very worst. I will not recommend to anybody. Please don't go over there and don't waste your money
Dear Team Members Today I have order couple of items for my dinner on swiggy but received one one of it .I had waited for 55 minutes for the food but not completely received.See the Reason behind ordering your food from far away is I like your food.But Waiting for food for an hour and sleeping starve is horrible. Please respect Customers Desire .
The hotel is located between Neyyatinkara junctions, and its overall location is excellent. The rooms are satisfactory, but the service is unsatisfactory. While they offer a restaurant on-site, it is not recommended at all. The food quality is poor, and the staff doesn't seem guilty for serving bad food. The waiter's service is good , but the overall dining experience is disappointing. During a three-day stay, the first-day food was acceptable, but the quality declined on the second and third days. Items like Appam, Ghee roast, veg kurma, veg stew, and even tea were worst. It's advisable to explore other nearby restaurants like Vismaya Restaurant and Hotel Saravana Bhavan. And the hotel having not much parking facility and no restroom or any amenities available for drivers. So not preferable for visitors who is coming in travelers and with drivers.
