Yesterday, I bought a cake from this bakery, and I had a disappointing experience. The cake had several mistakes, and the staff didn't even bother to ask about my presentation preferences. When I brought this up, the shopkeepers were rude and unhelpful. Frustrated, I ended up contacting the manager, who thankfully was polite and resolved the issue. While the manager's response was appreciated, the customer service from the staff in the shop itself needs significant improvement.

We ordered a Chettinad biriyani, hyderabad biriyani and a fish biriyani I loved the fish biriyani more as the fish they cooked was silver pomfret with a blend of thick coconut gravy and spices. It was sufficient for two people and the price was reasonable considering the size of the fish.

Very nice and large collection of sweets. Have seating inside and bakery is Air conditioned and well maintained. You can take cold and hot drinks from here. Has a variety of bakery and sweets items. Serves various shakes and juices. Has nice ambiance. Staffs are friendly. Parking is also available. You can order cakes from here for your various occasions. Both card and cash payment is available where.

Nice ambience restaurant with good quality of food and good staff. If you get bored waiting for the food then there is a shop as well for time pass or for purchase. Many people usually come here for takeout but i would recommend eating here because while taking out there is only a limited number of their delicacy you can try but if you eat here you can enjoy a wide range of awesome food followed by the tempting desserts. The neat arrangement and cleanliness is a good starter for anyone. The sitting area is less compared to the shop size but it could easily cater to a group. Good for quick shopping visits too.
