Arabian Grill And Fry Ottapalam

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. We ordered food from Arabian Grill for a very special occasion -- my sister and brother's wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the food completely ruined what was supposed to be a joyful celebration. Every dish we ordered was a disaster. The quarter shawaya chicken was especially disappointing -- it was completely bland, as if it had just been boiled with salt and not marinated at all. It was inedible and had no flavor whatsoever. We also ordered malai kofta, chicken noodles, and fried rice, hoping for a satisfying variety. Sadly, each of these dishes fell far below expectations. The flavors were either missing or just poorly executed. In fact, we left all the food untouched and kept it aside, hoping the restaurant owner would taste it themselves and understand the level of quality they served us. I've never had such a disappointing food experience in my life. This was not just a regular meal -- it was meant for a special occasion, and Arabian Grill completely let us down. I sincerely hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving the quality and consistency of their food. It honestly felt more like a death anniversary than a joyful gathering. The so-called chicken shawaya was actually just chicken shawam -- no marination, no flavor, just boiled chicken with salt. It was shocking. The rest of the food -- malai kofta, chicken noodles, fried rice -- was equally disappointing and barely edible. We kept everything aside for the restaurant owner to taste because it was that bad. I never imagined I'd have to warn others like this, but based on our experience, I would never recommend Arabian Grill to anyone -- especially not for any special occasion. Please think twice before ordering from here.

This is rice with ghee not ghee rice I don't recommend ghee rice from this hotel ,we had bad experience two time,waste of money ..we shared our bad experience with them but there is no improvement ...

It had a chicken biriyani with my friend today,never had such worst biriyani from ottappalam ever. This is the first time faced such a bad experience in food with arabian restaurant ,since we know the old era,I think its the high time you people should look into the quality of food you serve ..

I ordered Alfam with Mandhi rice, which was served by the waiter. However, when I needed extra rice, the same waiter wasn't available, and I had to ask another waiter.not unlimited and not testy iam very disappointed

Great ambiance and well maintained restaurant with multiple food options to choose from, like Indian, Chinese, Arabian, and Kerala cuisines. The food was good and the service was quick. Ample parking space is available here and the restaurant offers takeaway too.

Unfortunately, the second waiter seemed uninterested in attending to my request and continued with his own tasks. The service was slow and inattentive, which detracted from my overall dining experience.
