I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff's behavior was incredibly rude. It felt as if they assumed I wouldn't pay for my food, which was both insulting and unprofessional. Their hostile attitude completely ruined the dining experience. The food itself was equally disappointing. I ordered the chicken biryani and mutton chops, and both dishes were far below expectations. The chicken biryani was the worst I've ever had - it was bland and lacked any distinct flavor or aroma that you would expect from a good biryani. As for the mutton chops, I was served two small pieces that were mostly bones and fat with barely any meat. The gravy was unremarkable and did nothing to improve the dish. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was highly unsatisfactory. The rude staff and poor-quality food made it an experience I wouldn't want to repeat. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I had ordered a parcel, but to my surprise, when I got home, it was missing. I contacted the restaurant expecting a refund or at least an apology, but they refused to pay me back. I had to make a trip all the way back, and instead of resolving the issue, they forced me to buy something else I didn't even want. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service. Would not recommend.

This place holds some cherished childhood memories for me, and recently, I heard great things about their mutton biriyani. Excited, I decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst biriyanis I've ever had. Truly disappointing.

As someone who has traveled extensively across India and sampled countless cuisines, Regency Restaurant holds a special place in my heart. Whenever I return to my hometown, it's the first place I visit without fail. There's something about their chili chicken and mutton biryani that keeps me coming back. While opinions on their biryani might be mixed, for me, it's undoubtedly the best in town. I've tried biryanis priced as high as 1500 elsewhere, but none have matched the unique flavor and satisfaction I find here. The chili chicken is an absolute must-try, and their mutton varaval is simply outstanding a dish that's crazy good!

The main reason to visit this hotel is the special mutton dishes you get here which both unique amd delicious I really recommend the mutton liver fry and mutton varuval which are a must try The service is excellent with good atmosphere The only negative is that if you are travelling by car to this destination the will be difficult to find parking, especially on working days as its a busy street.

This is the only chicken biryani I have ever craved in my life--simply the best! It holds the best memories of my dad and my childhood nostalgia...Yummmm
