KFC Take away service is a disaster. They dont even have a proper setup to parcel the soda items and soft drinks. They give pepsi in paper cup, which cannot be taken away from the shop( that much bad packing)

This brand new KFC outlet is good. Food and service is great. Waiting time is less even if there is a rush. This outlet has a G+1 floor and there is no washroom on the ground floor. Elders and handicapped people will face difficult to use the washroom. Parking is good but the little elevated from the road as a result the slope is high. Be careful to pull your hand break.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the KFC outlet in Ottapalam. Due to a site error, I was charged twice for my order. Despite being assured that the refund would be processed within 15days, I have still not received my money back even after repeated follow-ups. It has been more than a month now, and the delay has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. As a regular customer, I expected better service and prompt resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me deeply upset and reconsidering my loyalty to KFC. I sincerely hope that the management addresses such issues more seriously in the future and improves their refund process.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. The staff exhibited incredibly bad behavior and were unprofessional, refusing to listen to my concerns. We waited for 40 minutes, and when I asked for a complimentary item due to the long wait, they denied my request. Furthermore, our Pepsi had no ice cubes, and two orders of popcorn were so hard they were inedible. This was by far my worst experience with a reputed brand. I strongly advise against visiting this branch until these issues are resolved.

Limited place to sit, ordering helped by one person. Tables are not clean. I don't think this place is not up to the KFC standard. Flies inside, food tastes different. Total bills close to 4000 rupees.
