Nila Bake House

I had purchased 10 veg cutlets from Nila Ottapalam on 12th April along with few other items. We had bought this while visiting our relative's house. I had chose Nila bakes just because I've bought from Nila many times, however from other locations (not Ottapalam). It was so EMBARASSING when the relatives opened the pack and all the cutlets were spoilt. I went to Nila just for the brand name and that is no more now. Totally DISAPPOINTED. Waste of money

The ambience is good considering the other food jounts in the town. The food is really good. I liked it very much. The service and the staff is good. They have both bakery and restaurant here. So it's luke if toy come there , they will cater to all kinds of food fraving whether hevy or light,swet or spicy!!. They also have a parking spot behinf the shop that eoll accommodate any number of gehiles. However this parking is behind the building and us not easily visible from in front of the shop. Above all ur was. A good experience. Ween u come here ask for specialities like pothi biriyani and pithy beef parotta

Though I know Nila Bake House from the year it started, I have not added any review on the same. Anyway I am bridging that gap, adding my review on their mutton bucket biriyani. I could not order that for last Eid due to some miscommunication, but last week I made good for that. We have ordered a small bucket biriyani mutton (4+1) @ 899/- and we don't have regrets on it. Well packed, delivered much ahead of time and paid through UPI. So that part was hassle free. Coming to the food and taste, the quantity was sufficient (rice, mutton, raitha and pickle) for 4 persons. As it was delivered much earlier, the biriyani was not that hot but still tasty. Only thing I felt was that, it could have been more tastier if there was a little more masala. Adding some pics of the Nila special bucket biriyani

Don't go to Nila Bakery in Ottapalam if you value your money! They made errors in my order twice, giving me less food than I paid for. Not worth the risk of being ripped off! Nila bakery has failed to meet the most basic expectations, leading to loss of customer trust and loyalty. I won't go there again and i don't recommend it to others.

Very bad behavior toward the cashier and the staff

Good variety and choice for customers. Most of the items are their own production. Good quality and ofcourse good price, but worth it. Sales staff quick and even helps to carry the packets to parked car. Card payment accepted. Attractive ambience.

The restaurant is close to the bus stand. It serves delicious cuisine at reasonable rate. There is a huge variety of sweets, bakeries, juices and main courses. I have visited this place several times and have tried different delicacies each time and I rate them all as excellent. All the covid restrictions and rules are being followed strictly. The place is hygienic as well.
