New Idam kitchen Palakkad

I visited this restaurant expecting a proper lunch, but was surprised to find that there were no vegetarian soup options on the menu. I skipped straight to the main course, only to discover that most of the dishes were non-vegetarian. I ended up trying the Tomato Fry, which was really good. Wanted to order appam which was not available to ordered Wheat Parotta, which was also enjoyable. The Veg Stew was decent but unexpectedly tastes like a mix of sweet corn soup replacing corns with chopped vegetables.

The chattichor had a delightful flavor, but the portion size was rather small, which was disappointing. Moreover, the absence of parking facilities made the visit a bit inconvenient.

Ordered mutton biryani for 290 and got only two small pieces of meat, both mostly bone. Hardly any actual mutton to enjoy -- just a pile of rice. Felt like a total waste of money. Definitely not ordering again. Total waste of money in terms of quantity and quality.

A good restaurant where you get the so called Nadan food I ordered Mutton soup which was good. Also ordered Noor poratta & chicken curry. The chicken curry was not so great but ok type. You won't get grilled items here so don't expect such food from here Rate is also ok.

Worst food ever.... Service was not up to the mark.Ordered plain biriyani rice but got one with chicken bones.Soup was just watery.Pics attached NB:Would have given 0 stars if there was an option

We visited here at 6pm in the evening, they had opened after the afternoon break. So they didn't have much options like kappa fish n kappa beaf (kappa- tapioca). The staff, service and ambience is great. Located on Stadium Bypass Road. Spacious seating, separate feeding rooms fr mothers etc, neatly maintained. Haven't tried their main course, hence not sure of the quality and quantity

We had 'chattichorru' and 'Chicken pepper soup' (I'm not sure of the correct soup name anyway). The soup was the worst soup I ever had. It tasted like some curry with curry leaves and all. 'Chattichorru' was average veg curry was nice but beef gravy wasn't good, and that wasn't worth 200 Rs. The ambience was nice, Service quality needs to be improved.

Quantity is less compared with similar hotels and for the price. Seating arrangement is not good for disabled people. The wash area and toilet are not clean.
