Good food, reasonable prices, and a nice ambiance. The only issue we had was a few flies around while we were eating, which was quite annoying.

Yesterday, my sister and I visited this hotel and had shawarma. Unfortunately, just a few hours later, my sister started experiencing stomach upset. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety standards at this place. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better food quality and cleanliness to avoid such incidents in the future.

Plated is a nice place to visit with friends and family. They offer a variety of dishes, including broasted chicken & Alfam chicken in various flavours( many variants in the menu are not available anymore) , burgers, sandwiches, rolls, French fries, and soft drinks. I tried the shawarma roll, which was just okay, but the Alfam chicken was better. I recommend trying the Kanthari variant of the Alfam. The Mexican variant of the broasted chicken was good--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with a tangy flavor. Service can be slow, so be patient. I'm not sure if they accept advance orders, but if you can get a contact number, it's a good idea to call and pre-order to save time. Plated aims to offer a pleasant experience for those looking for Western food, shawarma, and Alfam. There is adequate free parking available in front of the restaurant and along the roadside.

I visited Plated Restaurant in Pathanamthitta and had an amazing experience! The ambiance and interior are absolutely stunning -- a perfect vibe for dining out. We ordered fried chicken, shawarma, and ALFAHAM -- everything was fresh, tasty, and well-presented. The Lotus Biscoff shake totally stole the show -- absolutely loved it! The service was also top-notch, very polite and customer-friendly. Overall, a great spot for food lovers!

We decided to have our dinner there and we ended up trying the Masala fries (cause they didn't have Mac N cheese or the Messy fries that day) but they were yum with the orange dip and they were served piping hot. We also tried the Spicy Shawarma which was yum along with the Spicy and Cheesy fried chicken which was delicious but really heavy on the cheese. For drinks, we went with the Mint Lime juice which had a peppermint flavour to it along with a blue colour which was really weird and tasted disgusting. The only downside to this meal.

Had Full Meat Charcoal Shawarma from Plated. I havent had Charcoal Shawarma before and the experience was good! I really liked the smoked flavour of the meat! Also had a lime juice! Overall, a nice experience and would go there whenever I travelling to Pathanamthitta!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. Despite having a diverse menu, I was unfortunate to find that the taste of all the dishes I ordered was overwhelmingly similar, with an excessive use of masala. Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover that the chicken used in the dishes was not fresh. Some of the chicken pieces were even bitter, which was unacceptable. Given the high standards promised by your social media marketing campaigns, I was shocked by the lack of quality in the food served. It appears that your restaurant is prioritizing promotional activities over culinary excellence, which is misleading and disappointing for customers like myself. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the quality of your food and services.
