Unreliable and a Waste of Time We were excited to try this restaurant after seeing so many positive reviews on social media. However, after multiple visits, we were left completely disappointed. Every single time, the place was closed without any prior notice. If they are shutting down for Ramadan or any other reason, they should at least update their hours on Google Maps instead of misleading customers. Getting to this restaurant is already a challenge due to heavy city traffic, and once you reach, parking and turning the car near the shop is a nightmare. We wasted so much time and effort just to find the doors locked. If a restaurant cannot maintain basic professionalism like accurate operating hours, it raises serious doubts about how they run their business overall. If you value your time and don't want unnecessary frustration, avoid this place.

Best place to get biriyani in payyannur town. I had chicken biryani (full) costs rs:150 and it worths.had 3 chicken pieces with side dishes and was served in banana leaf. Parking is available for the costomers.They offer dine-in,take away,home delivery and party orders too. Variety types of dum biryani are served here and different types of fry and other side items can be ordered. Try to visit at the in noon time for the best biriyani and children only needed single biriyani.

Please do not order food from here. The service is extremely poor and disappointing. We placed an order at 11:30 AM with an estimated delivery time of 1:30 PM. Since we work at a bank, our lunch break is from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Shockingly, the order hadn't even left the restaurant by 2:00 PM. As a result, we had to skip our lunch because our break ended by 2:30 PM, and we didn't have enough time to order from another place. Very unprofessional and worst experience. Avoid at all costs.

To have Biriyani ma first choice Dum Express. Both Chicken and Beef really delicious. Recently had their Neychor and Beef Paillekettu It was really awesome in every aspect (Taste,quantity,quality) a must try in my opinion.

A nice spot in Payyanur that serves the best biriyani. We ordered a beef biriyani and a chicken biriyani and both of them were equally good. Serving in the banana leaf adds more flavour to the biriyani, and the beetroot pickle which accompanies the biriyani is also worth mentioning . A lime juice after the biriyani is also recommended.
