KK Residency

My niece engagement function was there they booked rooms for us.. Believe me the rooms are awesome, function was arranged in a great way.. Staffs are very much cooperative.. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives..

The rooms in kk residency are quite good. However, I'd like to note that the chef of their restaurant forgot to remove the bones of chicken while preparing chicken Manchurian. I never expected a with bone chicken Manchurian and I missed one bone while eating and it hurt my throat, resulting in a bacterial infection. Please look into this matter

We were on the way to mookambika temple. .it was heavy raining so we decided to halt somewhere around in payyanur town. .search the hotels got a GREAT hotelk k residency..Awesome staff superb rooms..All in all well maintained. .

KK Residency is right opposite to the private bus stand. It is just 5 mins drive from the railway station also. Rooms are very neat and clean. A/c was very old in one of the rooms we stayed. They have a bar in the property. Staff are very cordial and supportive. A very big dining area and tasty north kerala breakfast buffet also was served to us. Overall excellent stay.

We came here from Ottapalam to visit INA and stayed in KK for 2 days. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food is palatable and to our liking. Only problem we faced was, not having sufficient towels in our rooms. We had to ask repeatedly to get a towel. Would like you to take care of these small yet important details so that your guests are happy and comfortable

Very Good place to stay in Payyanur, it has 4 star facilities. This is a perfect place for families to stay and moreover all the staff is friendly

Me and my family had the pleasure to stay there for 1 night , the service was excellent , we were served delicious food both in the night and morning . Thanks to Mr George Sebastian for providing us such a wonderful service and accomodation .The staffs are very hospitable and kind . We were provided room during such a busy season .
