Recently visited Skandapuri Restaurant, Payyannur for lunch as a group of five people, and the experience was truly satisfying. The restaurant offers very spacious parking and a calm, neat, and beautifully maintained atmosphere that sets a peaceful tone for dining. Though we were running late, the staff was welcoming and accommodating they even accepted our food booking over the phone in advance, which was a great help. Four of us opted for their special vegetarian ilasadya meals, served traditionally on a plantain leaf, a wonderful touch that enhanced the overall experience. The meal was a perfect blend of Kerala flavors, with each dish prepared to perfection. The abundance of taste in every bite exceeded our expectations. One fried rice along with the gobi dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and complemented the meal beautifully. The only slight downside was that the payasam was a bit thick, but overall, the food was delicious and fabulous. If you're looking for an authentic vegetarian dining experience in Payyannur, Skandapuri is definitely worth a visit. It's a celebration of Kerala's rich culinary heritage that leaves your tummy full and heart happy...

We visited this restaurant for breakfast after visiting the temple nearby. We ordered ghee roast dosa, puttu with kadala curry, and filter coffee. While puttu and coffee were decent in taste, dosa felt and tasted like chewing on cardboard. The accompanying coconut chutney was just cream colored water and sambhar was flavour less. Tables also were not cleared up for a long time.

Skandapuri is a very good restaurant. Good ambience, very neat and clean place. The food items I tried very tasty and delicious. Both dine in and take away are available. It is a better option for people those who prefer Vegetarian foods

Had breakfast at this restaurant on our visit to Payyannur Perumal Temple. The restaurant is located very near to the temple and since we reached jus in time for breakfast, it wasnt very crowded. The food was ok and the staff were very friendly. Orders were taken immediately and the dishes were served within 5-10 min. The rest rooms were very clean and hygienic. Overall the place wad well maintained.

The food is better than any other hotels in payyannur, I don't say it is fantastic but much better in town... specious and not that much rush hence calm, plenty of open air and specious tables makes you happy

We went for the lunch on Christmas Day as other hotels were closed. Expected a good vegetarian meals and the veg meals has exceeded our expectation. A traditional Kerala meals with abundance of taste. Delicious and fabulous.

A decent place for family stay . Opposite Aishwaryam auditorium, so suitable for wedding stay. Good ambience, hospitality and well maintained. But they bring food from outside, which is not satisfactory. The management should look into the aspect of a restaurant.

It's a vegetarian restaurant and there's parking space available. The food was delicious and I hope they maintain the standard for food and service in the future too!
