The Bamboo Restaurant

I recently dined at Bamboo, and I have to say, it was quite disappointing. it was lukewarm at best and lacked flavor. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not attentive to our needs, which made the experience even worse. I expected much better from a restaurant with such a reputation. Overall, I would not recommend Bamboo for a pleasant dining experience.

First of all the atmosphere of the restaurant was very neat and beautiful then I wasn't hoping the food to be good but it was really great, it's been a while i had a good chicken fried rice also their meals got a lot side dishes. I couldn't try much from the menu but I'm definitely gonna recommend them to my friends and family

The ambiance was really good, with a well-maintained and clean interior. The presence of a dedicated parking space was convenient, and they also had a play area which is great for families with kids. The highlight of my visit was the food - it was absolutely delicious! They offer a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that cater to different tastes. However, there were a few downsides. During the peak hours, particularly from 8 to 10 PM, the place tended to get a little crowded, which might affect the overall dining experience. Additionally, I found the prices to be slightly on the higher side, making it somewhat overpriced for what it offers. Despite these minor setbacks, I would still recommend this place for those who appreciate a good ambiance and are willing to splurge a bit on delectable food. If you plan to visit, it's best to go during non-peak hours to avoid the crowds and fully enjoy the dining experience.

Let me start with the ambience. The Ambience in and out of the restaurant is very attractive. They have a kid's play area at a corner. The interior is well lit and very clean. Enough seating space and parking area. The quality of food is excellent but the quantity is less for the price we pay. The staff were very welcoming. They are open till 11pm. Gpay, phonepe, all credit n debit cards are accepted for payments. There is a separate space for icecream-like stuff. We ordered hot and sour soup and it was a bit spicy, butter rotti, kulcha,beef varattiyathu and chicken mughalai. The taste was fantastic except a bit of disappointment on soup we ordered

We had dinner at Bamboo Restaurant and overall, it was a good experience. We ordered appam, puttu, karimeen pollichath, mutton thengapal curry, thattukada chicken curry, noodles, ghee rice, and porotta. Except for the appam, everything was delicious. There is ample parking space available, but if your group has more than 7-8 members, you might have to wait. Additionally, there is a small play area for kids, which is a nice touch. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience, and we would consider visiting again.

"I recently visited bamboo restaurant and I was disappointed by the lack of service and long wait times. The waiter told there would be a wait for a table. However, after a more than 1hr wait , I was still not seated. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and did not provide any updates on the wait time or acknowledge my presence. but it is noticed that another customer who came after us were get seated . The poor service and long wait made for a frustrating experience. I hope the restaurant can improve its seating process and customer service in the future."

A very good restaurant to come with family and have a good time. Plenty of parking is there. The ambience of the restaurant is top notch. Lot of space. Food is also excellent. Price is a bit higher than the normal restaurants but it is expected. It can get crowded at times. There's an ice cream shop also inside the compound. It is away from the busy town on the way to Railway Station.

I recently dined at bamboo restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the staff's inattentiveness and .From being ignored while waiting half an hour to be seated to our server's complete disinterest in our needs, the service was subpar and left a negative impression. I hope the restaurant management will address these issues and provide better training to their staff.
