Zaffran Multi Cuisine Restaurant

"I'm still thinking about the incredible dining experience I had at this restaurant.The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, perfect for a night out with friends or family. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were efficient, courteous, and genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring we had a great time. Overall, I highly recommend!!! outstanding food, excellent service, and warm atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!"

Afghan peri peri mandi was really good. Beef biriyani was a bit oily and lacked something. Beef could've been better. Hot and sour chicken soup was very tasty. Good behavior from the staffs and nice ambience.

Recently visited the newly opened Zaffran restaurant at Payyannur mall. The ambiance was dark and cosy , clean as well. But seemed like the team is in a rush and lascks coordination. We placed order for Biriyani porotta and Chicken with Oyster sauce. The food was good but could've been better. We had pineapple with lime , lime and grape with like juice . It was tasty but believe it was Essence ans not the original Fruits was upset on this . Overall it was a good experience The team was comparatively faster than other restaurants to get the food on the table. But wish they really work on the employee coordination.

Good service and variety taste ..... and good ambiance. So worthy food and so happy.....

We had dinner from there. The food was amazing and we all loved it!! The atmosphere and ambience was another level. The interior was in a unique way. The staffs were very affable and determined. The best part was their serving. We experienced a different type of serving there. Totallyy loved it!! It was also very budget friendly.

We reached the restaurant at 8:00 PM and were told the waiting time was 1 hour and 30 minutes. That's already frustrating, but what made it worse was the rude and indifferent attitude of the staff. There was absolutely no regard for the customers waiting, and no effort to manage the crowd or communicate properly.

The food was quite good. I recommend Chicken Tikka Masala and Porotta and have enough serving for two members. The starter Chicken Thai was served quite late. The juices were also good especially the grape juice. Rather than the food, the main distinguishing factor of Zaffran from other restaurants in Payyanur is the ambience rather than the food. Plus the menu section is very limited and multiple dishes are not available, even though they are listed on the menu.
