Mazali Restaurant, Perinthalmanna

We recently visited Mazali Perinthalmanna with high expectations, especially because of its reputation for delicious food and good service. The quality of the food did not disappoint - everything we ordered was flavorful, well-prepared, and served on time. The staff was friendly and attentive at the dining area, which added a positive touch to our experience. However, our overall impression was completely let down by the poor maintenance of the bathroom facilities. When we went to wash our hands after finishing our meal, we were shocked to find the bathroom in an unhygienic state, with water leakage all over the floor and a strong unpleasant smell. What made it worse was that even after informing the staff, there was no attempt to rectify the issue or even acknowledge our complaint. This left us totally disappointed, especially considering that cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority in any dining establishment. Another drawback is the limited parking area, which makes it inconvenient for customers, especially during busy hours. While the food and service were up to the mark, the lack of proper hygiene and customer care made our visit unpleasant. There are far better options nearby like Chillies and Lagoon, which not only offer great food but also maintain clean and comfortable facilities for their customers. Unless Mazali improves its restroom facilities and shows more care toward customer feedback, we wouldn't recommend this place to others.

The food was average in taste. The Mutton Leg Soup was good. Fish fry was okay. The biriyani was great. Meals was okay too. The falooda was actually a gud bud icecream. This was disappointing. Service was good.

Great place for authentic Arabic food! The Madhooth were flavorful, and the service was quick. Clean ambiance and friendly staff. Slightly long wait during peak hours, but overall a solid choice. Will visit again!

We were here for lunch on a Saturday. The place was empty. Sufficient parking space but not cover area. We tried chatti choru and chicken biriyani. They were decent. Digital payment is accepted. Service was prompt. Clean and hygienic place.

Good food, good location, good service. Tried beef biriyani - served in banana leaf wrapped and it was nice.

Dear all mazali team. Appreciated from my heart. I really enjoy the time i spend there with my friends food quality and staff behavior was excellent feel like home and unfortunately i don't get the chance to meet the chef to tell feed back to him directly. But now my wors for him the food was delicious. Ambience, atmosphere was nice no mor words thak you team mazali. Make my day happy highly recommended

One of the most consistent hotels in Perinthalmanna. Always up with their taste, quality and service. Recommending their beef, and chicken biriyani. Vegetarian dishes are also very good and always served with the best quality. Ample sparking space is available even during peak lunch hours. Placed at a very accessible and convenient location. Happy customer for the past 10 years.

Everything love here except Waiting period after ordering foods. But that's understandable. Hope they are delivering fresh foods. Everything related to chicken here, I love it. To me, this is the most visited large restaurant in the world. Main dishes I used to have here is Kanthari Chicken Alfahm, Chicke Schezwan Alfahm, Dragon Prawns Broast and Chicken Shawaya. Seating upto more than 100 people, large parking space also available but in rush times this will also be busy.
