Ceylon Bake House - Perumbavoor

We recently tried the Bellari Mandi, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The rice and meat were both served cold, and while the taste was just okay, it didn't meet our expectations. We also ordered a pineapple juice, which took ages to arrive--though it did taste good once it finally came. The overall service at the restaurant was very poor. After the food was served, no one checked in to ask if everything was alright or if we needed anything else. This isn't the standard we expected from The Brand Ceylon, which we've experienced and loved in the past. Sadly, this visit did not reflect the quality we were once impressed with.

Simply waste off money.. Kindly request you to do not enter this hotel if u can. Food is average. 3* Service 0* Money 1* No power backup. 1* I never ever suggest this hotel to anyone.. Quantity of the food is very very low.. Totally waste of time and money.

Situated in the Pembaur town, they have bakery as well as restaurant in the same building. They provide varieties of non-veg food, especially alfham and also multiple varieties of fishes. Varieties of bread items are also available, but the food doesn't seem to be quite great asother Ceylon restaurants .

We had a disappointing experience at Ceylon Bake House Perumbavoor during our trip to Wagamon with a group of 34 people. When we arrived and began ordering, the power went off and didn't come back for almost 15 minutes. Some of our group ordered biryani, which was served without heat and tasted terrible. Another group ordered chapathi and kuruma, but the chapathi was so hard it resembled papadam, and the kuruma had an overpowering, unpleasant coconut oil smell. One group ordered mandi rice, but the rice was barely cooked. Interestingly, a separate group of college students nearby had the same issue with their mandi and even expressed their frustration. The whole experience was disappointing, and we ultimately decided to skip dinner. This was by far one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Waste of time and money. We were group of 9 and ordered 3 different juices , they served each variety in atleast 20 mins gap.. so disapponted. Juice served were also tasteless.. incrediants are correct but taste is lacking.

Very bad experience from Ceylon. We got a chicken bone piece which felt like a leftover in beef biriyani and when we questioned about that the staff had a very bad attitude with us. We had also ordered parotta and beef chilly. The parotta was okay but the beef was too hard. Very bad service and a worst experience

I ordered jellikette manthi the chiken was good but the rice was over cooked and mayonnaise was wattery and the salad the gave was flop the water melon pice in the salad was older than my grandfather,and the charge you for extra mandhi rice

I visited this restaurant with my family, and it was the worst dining experience ever. The staff was incredibly rude, and one of them even threatened my family when I asked about our order. We waited for over 30 minutes, and no one even bothered to take our order. When I questioned them, the response was shockingly aggressive--not just towards me but towards other customers as well! If you're looking for a place to test your patience or get into an argument, this might be it. Otherwise, stay far away. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you're hungry.
