Gurji Dhaba

The restaurant is located on the road side of M C Road. It is about 1 km away from Perumbavoor town. They have got a variety of North Indian dishes, alfams, breads, rice and curries. They are open from afternoon 12.30 till night 11.30 pm. A moderately large seating capacity is available but parking is very limited. The front parking area allows for parking of maximum 3 vehicles. Others will have to find road side parking. Their service is satisfactory. Decent pricing. Not much waiting time. The wash area is also small compared to the seating capacity. We ordered fried rice, roti, chilly gobi and paneer but masala. The roti was really soft and the fried rice was okay, the paneer didn't not have salt and the gobi piece tasted plain felt like the gobi didn't take up the flavour. They also gave a plate of salad in which onion and cucumber pieces were sprinkled with chaat masala which I did not like personally.

They serve good North Indian dishes. We had Dragon Panner, Ghobi 65, Naan, Veg Schezwan Fried Rice and Paneer Butter Masala. All were decent in taste. Good Parking facility available. Service was also fast.

Location is on the main route/highway. Might miss it on the shadow of another show when going towards kalady. Staffs are good and polite. The place is neatly maintained. Food- liked it. Taste good and yummy. All it's seemed fresh.

Place was close to empty when I visited the place. Aloo paratha was tasty but shezwan friedrice was not that good. Quantity is sufficient per plate. Has good access from highway and there is a parking place also. A chicken rasam was served complimentary but it tasted gross.

I ordered the butter nan and the chicken tikka masala good the butter nan was an average taste

Nice food, well mannered. Went back to the food memories of my North India Ride.

My stomach felt very lighter after having dinner from here. We 4 have had, aloo paratta with dal fry and tandoori chicken, finally concluded with lassi. Such delicious food. Expect 10-15mins for food to serve. Rates are very convincing. Small parking area available and washrooms.
