Top Chicken Restaurant, Ponnani

Food was okay. Cleanliness is good and the atmosphere is decent. One positive note -- the staff is polite and ready to do anything we request, which is appreciated. However, they seem untrained, and we had to repeat our orders multiple times. There's no proper order-taking system in place; they try to remember everything and then return to confirm what we didn't order, which causes confusion. With better training and a more organized system, the overall experience could be much better.

I have eaten food from there many times. It was the best food available in Ponnani. Their Alfaham Mandhi & Shawaya Mandhi, Beef Kondattam, Butter Chicken, There is no escape. It is really good food. Good service. The price is low.very very tasty food. I liked this foods

We ordered Alfahm mandi, meals and fish fry . Alfahm was not that great. The fish was really small and the meal was very costly .Customer service was very poor as they made us wait nearly 20 mins for a lime and the waiter's attitude was also not good.

We ordered butter chicken, but it wasn't up to the mark. The waiting time was too long, which made the experience even worse. The washrooms were unhygienic, making it an inconvenient stop for travelers. Wouldn't recommend it.
