Ordered a half kg Nutty Bubble cake, (I don't remember the exact name, hope it's the same) and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were rich, the nuts added the perfect crunch, and everyone loved it. The service was also great, making the experience even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious treat
DON'T GO!!! FRAUDULENT DEALINGS!!! We had an extremely disappointing experience with Arsu Cake Studio, Punalur. They displayed an offer prominently, but when we inquired about availing it, we were outright denied. Upon seeking clarification, we were subjected to unprofessional and harassing behavior from the owner himself during a phone call. Such unethical dealings with customers are unacceptable. I truly feel sorry for the staff who must work under such conditions. I strongly urge the management to prioritize ethical practices and respectful communication.

It was my cousins 1st bday so needed a custom themed cake ...turns out only arsu cakes stuido was the only one making themed cakes in punalur ....we ordered a custom boss baby themed cake and some additional cup cakes ...the cake was good but the service was even better ...really kind staff ...very respectful and polite ....highly recommended

I am extremely disappointed with this bakery. I placed an order well in advance for a special occasion, only to find out on the day of pickup that they were not even aware of my order. To make matters worse, they showed no urgency or accountability in resolving the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business that claims to specialize in custom orders. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this bakery to anyone looking for reliable service.
Pathetic service and staff knowledge. Do make sure you enquire about the offers and rates before hand (though i won't recommend visiting). I was a tourist to this place and they started taking advantage by standing the fixed price rather than the offer price.
