Very Bad customer service from Reception. And room also in very bad condition. Bathroom smell is too bad.. Not neat in room condition. Restaurant room service is also bad. Especially there is no driver room in this hotel. They not takecare about driver. We are just check in this hotel for taking a break for after a long drive. But this property not care about our driver. We talk about drivers room and they replied that room having guest. After that we take a room and give to our driver for his sleep.

Stay there was superb. Rooms were clean and the food served was delicious. Looking forward to staying there again.

I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel. Its clean, quiet and the staff are helpful and friendly. Most importantly I feel safe. Thank you to the hotel staff, from the security till the front office (day and night shifts). Check out the twin brothers and see if you can differentiate between the two. I certainly need more time there to be able to recognize between the two :).

I visited the hotel for 3 days stay with my family...It was an awesome experience to me... the staffs are very friendly ...especially the front office staffs and house keeping staffs ... the rooms are very clean ,spacious and hygienic one ...and other speciality was the hotel is located at the heart of the town And the food was also very tasty ... overall it was a good experience

Best place in punalur to take a break during your travel. Coffee was good. The toilets and lobby were clean. Recommended for women travelling.
