KFC

Very disappointing experience. It seems people tolerate this place only because there aren't many options available in town. I visited with my daughter and nieces, and from the start, it was frustrating. Customers are expected to place orders through a touch screen, but the staff offer no assistance. However, when it came to payment, the swipe machine wasn't working, and I was asked to pay at the counter. It made me wonder ,if the staff could assist at the counter for payments, why couldn't they help with ordering? The dining area upstairs was an absolute mess. Tables were left dirty with soiled plates everywhere (see photos). Out of 10 tables, only 2 were clean. It was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. The food was equally bad the chicken pieces served were dry and far below KFC's usual standards. Honestly, you'd have a much better experience at any local restaurant nearby. Truly disappointed and would not recommend this place.

It was a pleasure to see KFC in Punalur. While the food quantity and taste didn't quite meet my expectations, the customer service was good, and there is plenty of parking space downstairs. The atmosphere was great, but I wouldn't say it's the best value for money. Additionally, it's not very disability-friendly, as most of the space is upstairs.

We were hesitant to try this KFC branch at first seeing lot of negative reviews. Almost all the reviews were bad and it was about the quality of food. But we were excited because it was at the heart of Punalur and we didn't have to drive far to get to other kfc branch. Even though we were scared about upset stomach, we decided to give it a try because of the love for kfc. Ordered zinger meals and it wasn't bad, fortunately we had good experience with the food and customer service. Hope they maintain it like this.

I recently had the misfortunertune of visiting KFC @punalur outlet, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The staff was severely understaffed, leading to poor service. The menu was limited and unimpressive, and to make matters worse, the food wasn't fresh. The portions were served on tiny plates. To add insult to injury, they even missed one of our ordered item. When we brought it to their attention, it took an unacceptably long time to serve, leaving us frustrated and disappointed. Overall, my experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. _Rating: 1/5_

I had very bad experience at this KFC outlet at Punalur. The staffs are not well trained or qualified for serving the customers. I have made my payment using one of the KIOSK there, the money was debited but my order not completed. They checked the account statement at the Kiosk and found my amount is credited. But still they hesitant to process my order and asked me to reorder by assuring the refund of the previous payment. Second time, the unskilled lady took my same order and charged 150 rupees extra from the previous order although the ordered items are same. Finally, me and family came out of the outlet without having food from there. I also heard from my friends about the very bad service from this outlet. It's just my experience. I am still awaiting for my refund to be processed. I have told the outlet manager that I would raise a complaint and post reviews. He said me to go ahead and do it! It's shows his attitude!

Worst ever service from a KFC outlet in Kerala. I will never recommend this outlet to anyone. Faulty payment terminals and rude staff make the dining experience a nightmare!! So disgusting

Not up to the mark as compared to other KFCs.Staffs are not at all good.A kind of arrogant behaviour and not supportive to customers.They keep on asking to order from touch screen.A lot of customers are frustrated in front of me only.For card payment you can't use touch screen and you need to go to service person.Only order with upi payment can use touch screen order service. Regarding food items,very bad quality and too much oil.3 Burnt pieces in big 12 box.Quality and quantity below mark.Dining option is good however not having proper hygiene treatment. Waiting time is at least 20 minutes even if there are not that many customers.

Cannot handle crowd, The entire food tables were a mess with not even a single table cleaned. The time from order placing to delivering the order at the counter took about 30 minutes + time. Even if KFC have a 7 minute policy, they don't follow it. Very bad experience.
