An Authentic restaurant in Punalur town with variety of dishes including Naadan, chinese, arabian and continental. About the food, its tasty and delicious. Quality of the food is exceptional. I have tried many dishes from here. Everything was so good. Daily specials are an attraction here. Offen found variety of naadan dishes in their special menu. Beef Mandi, Afgani chicken, Monchow Soups and fried rice were so delicious. Moreover they have a good desert option also. Juice section is also amazing. Talking about the ambience, it so cool. They have organised everything in a proper way. The aesthetic beauty is unmatched, while considering other restaurants in the locality. About parking space, the restaurant is located inside D Mall Punalur and plenty of parking available at the basement if the front area parking is full. Finally it's a great restaurant to spend your special occasions with your friends and family.

Love the vibe at this restaurant! The ambience is warm and inviting, with a beautiful decor that sets the mood perfectly. Great food, lovely service, and an overall fantastic experience. Definitely coming back for more!

Stunning ambience. The service is good.but they beed to improve,some staff removing the empty plates without guests' permission. one of the good restaurants in town.we were trying to get some good restaurants with peaceful ambience in the city.atlast we found the right place.parking is available nearby. Less crowded place.we ordered chicken lollipop and it was awesome.ghee rice too good.veesappam ,porotta and nadan chicken curry was average taste.veg mix kadayi not recommended from here.the taste is not up to the mark.vegitarians option very limited here.wasroom area they need to improve there is no tissue available. Prices are very economical compared to other restaurants here in punalur.

we tried Kizhiporotta,veg fried rice and fish nirvana.every item was super and fish nirvana -tasty beyond words

Ordered Chicken Szechuan fried rice, Szechuan veg fried rice, Chicken Tandoori Mandi and AL Faham chicken that was delicious.

At 210 per plate, it contained only 3-4 chicken pieces, which were extremely small. The portion was far from satisfying, especially when compared to other restaurants offering better quantity even at 170.Additionally, the side dishes--salad and lemon pickle--were served in a single small bowl, which was insufficient for two people. While one portion of pickle is acceptable, only one small portion of salad was served, making it completely inadequate. By the end of my meal, I was left eating just the rice with that one limited salad, which was a disappointing experience. Pricing & Value for Money ( 2/5) Considering the limited portion size and average taste, the pricing felt overly expensive. For 210, customers expect a more generous quantity and better quality. Customer Service ( 3/5) The service experience was not satisfactory. It felt as though the staff was trying to influence customer choices rather than allowing them to select freely. A more customer-friendly approach would enhance the dining experience. Ambience & Atmosphere ( 4/5) The restaurant's ambience was well-maintained and comfortable, which was a positive aspect. However, ambience alone cannot make up for subpar food and service. Final Verdict: Would I Visit Again? No, unless food quality, portion sizes, and service improve. A good atmosphere isn't enough when the food itself lacks value and taste. Pricey compared to others, customer service is not good. customers have no choice to select there food, they are trying to make the selection forcefully. Food taste is average, quantity is too low for 200 rps(6 pcs )beef roast.

Relatively fair restaurant in the neighbourhood. Food taste fine, and almost all standard dishes are available as per menu. Location makes it very noticeable and attracts a fair amount of crowd. Ideal for groups and family. Service was average and felt lack of timely attendance. Pricing seems fair for the main course but is elevated in case of beverages and desserts.
