I have ordered a beef kizhi porotta tgrough swiggy, got the order before the promised time. The food was hot when i received.. And kizhi porotta contains two pcs of porotta mixed with gravy and inside filled with some beef and one egg too... The beef was not bad, just an ordinary beef taste.. Packing layer is very thin... Could have added one more layer of banana leaf... Overall not bad
I had a very disappointing experience ordering from this place via Swiggy. On 06.04.25 I ordered 1 Kizhi Porotta and 2 shakes at 10.15 pm, and it took over an hour just to prepare the food. During this delay, the originally assigned delivery agent left, and I ended up receiving my order only at 11:40 PM. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when ordering food late at night. If the kitchen is overwhelmed or if there's going to be a significant delay, the responsible thing to do is to stop accepting online orders temporarily. Accepting orders purely for business reasons while compromising customer service is not a sustainable practice. I will never order from here again. You've lost a customer. For those considering dining in -- I can't speak to that experience, but I strongly advise against ordering online from this place.
Very disappointed. I have ordered beef pothibiriyani through swiggy, but I got chicken biriyani though the price I have paid is for beef. I got 100rs loss.
A simple chicken fry, they call it as alfahm.
