Wayanad Royal Crown

We booked a better room by paying extra, and while the room itself was okay, everything else about this place was a huge letdown. The service is literally zero. They say "no" to every basic request. There was water clogging in the washroom, and even after informing them, they did nothing to fix it. It felt like they just didn't care. They also charge extra for breakfast, and you'd expect a buffet at least -- but there's no hotel restaurant. Instead, they give you only three options: ghee roast dosa, normal dosa, and puri -- and honestly, all three were a disaster. I've never had such bad food in my life. The masala dosa had no salt, no taste -- just plain horrible. The staff seems totally disinterested and unhelpful. They're not delivering even half of what they promise. Overall, this place is just not worth the money or the frustration. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Very good A/C room. Big rooms with a small study table and 2 chairs. Located just off the main road. Pure veg Udupi restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. Plenty of parking space. I would definitely recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of using the Royal Crown party hall for an event, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered, the elegance of the venue was striking. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our event was taken care of. The facilities were impeccable, and the space was well-maintained. It was a delightful experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Royal Crown party hall to anyone in search of a top-notch venue for their special occasions.

Dropped in for a vegetarian lunch. Typical behaviour. They don't serve water. Second serving is reluctant and delayed. Staff keep roaming around yet no one to look at your needs on table. As usual.

I stayed in this hotel on 13th july.most unpleasant stay.Rude and reluctant behaviour of the staff. Restaurant was closed...even tea was not available nearby.....for dinner,breakfast,lunch we had to go to Kalpetta by hiring an auto.believe me I spent 140 rupees to have 10 rupees tea in the morning. Please think thrice before booking a room in Royal Crown..
