Disappointing Stay - Not Allergy-Friendly & Poor Service We arrived at the resort in the late evening and booked a room on the spot, even though the prices were higher than online, as it was close to our destination. Upon settling in, we immediately noticed a strong dust smell in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. When we informed the staff, they explained that the room had been closed for a while due to the off-season, which caused the odor. They then moved us to another room, which was in better condition. However, as someone with a dust allergy, I faced another issue--the blanket provided had the same dusty smell. This triggered my allergy, causing intense sneezing and discomfort. I immediately went to the reception for a replacement, only to be told by the staff that he was new and could only arrange it by morning. To make matters worse, at 2:50 AM, I was forced to sit outside my room for 30 minutes, sneezing continuously, waiting for a replacement blanket. No one cared to respond or assist me during that time. This level of neglect was completely unacceptable. Although the resort claims to be a 4-star property, the service and cleanliness were far from it. While the entrance area looked nice, the lack of proper hygiene, staff training, and guest care was disappointing. Suggestions for Management: Train staff to assist guests at any time, especially in urgent situations. Ensure rooms are thoroughly checked before being assigned. Regularly service air conditioners to maintain proper cooling. Wash blankets frequently to eliminate dust and odors. Have a 24/7 support system in place for guests facing emergencies. So think and choose this place

Very very bad experience, you should pay additional charges without any service when you are going to settle the bill. Premises looking dirty and wet. Rate is very high.Don't go there. Food is also bad.

Resort is amazing, spacious rooms, food was average and acceptable. They've good swimming pool and separate room for indoor games. A separate garden and place for badminton. A complete resort facility. But to my surprise what triggered me was the staff. Rooms provided for driver had bed bugs and when complained, they were not ready help to clean. Moreover they don't provide pillow or blanket as well to the driver which was very rude especially when we asked thrice and they said yes but still did not provide. Our driver spent 650 and bought new one as it was very cold and had to sleep in car. They did not provide food as well. Breakfast option was limited but passable. Location is near to main city and off Main road

Disappointing and Misleading Experience I had a very frustrating experience with this resort. I initially contacted them directly after seeing their listing on MakeMyTrip to confirm room availability. They assured me that rooms were available, so we decided to visit the resort in person. However, upon arrival, we were told that no rooms were available at all. What made the situation worse was that, while standing at the resort, I checked MakeMyTrip again and saw that rooms were still showing as available for booking. This kind of misleading and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, and it wasted both our time and energy. I would not recommend relying on the resort's direct communication. If you must book, perhaps stick to third-party platforms--but honestly, this experience has left me with a very poor impression.

Everything was right and good during our stay. Staff very helpfull, the hotel is very clean. I specially appreciate the swimming pool and the garden. We recommande this place.

It is located in Sulthan Bathery town. Rooms were neat and clean, staff and services are good. Restaurant is available having multiple food choices and homely food you can get. Swimming pool indoor games are available.

Very worst 3 star hotel I have seen. Food taste and hygiene not good. Breakfast fast only 2 verities. Not worth for money given.

The berry centre location of Sulthan Bathery market, but very peaceful. Smallish resort with decent sized room and facilities, restaurant can be updated as menu is limited. Only issue is many places for visiting towards Kalpetta are more far off
