Cozy place in the town for a night out. Food is okay I would say, chaat items are nice. Do not recommend the Dynamite chicken though.. Questionable service, the starters took a lot of time, and there were some confusions also. But the atmosphere is nice- a comfortable place to go with friends or family. Personally I think this is a better spot for desserts and cakes but not snacks or dinner items.

Extremely disappointing service. We had to wait for hours to receive the items we ordered. They clearly show partiality.. giving special treatment to so-called Instagram influencers just to gain reach, while completely neglecting regular customers. Despite informing them in advance to serve juice and ice creams at the end they brought the main course last instead. They don't even follow basic serving etiquette. Overall a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Definitely not worth the hype.

This is one of the branches of Arya that treats its customers in the best possible way. This is one of the best light food spots in Thalassery. The customer attendance of the staff here is very good. The Tres Leches Cake here is very tasty. The only minus point is that the nearest car park is only available after Night 8-9 pm.

The atmosphere is nice. Hotel is very neat and clean. Variety of food items and tasty food. Parking is a bit difficult. It will be quite late to receive the food you ordered.

We were a group of 10 people. We spent more than Rs. 4000 but got unsatisfactory food. There was too much sugar in almost every dish. The dynamite chicken and dynamite shrimp were well presented but were sweet instead of spicy. The taste was not consistent with how these dishes are supposed to taste. The Peri-peri chicken steak, which is supposed to be a hot and spicy dish, was loaded with sugar. The mutton rogan josh and Chicken tikka lababdar were also sweet. However, my guests enjoyed the hot and sour soup, lasagna and monster burgers (pictured). I would recommend sticking to the bakery, dessert and burger items instead of the curries/Indian food at this place. This view is consistent with the other postive reviews. Unfortunately the service was also slow, they were running a busy restaurant with just two waiters. They also squeezed 10 of us in a table for 6 and made a promise that they'll add more table space after we place the order - unfortunately a promise that they could not keep. Overall, there is room for improving the experience and some of the menu items. Until then, I would still recommend their bakery - especially the cakes - as well as the burgers. The intention of these honest reviews is to help management improve service and ingredients based on customer feedback and to help people make informed choices on what to order. I hope it is taken positively.

One of the best place for food. I have tried overloaded fries, chef special over roasted stuffed chicken, strawberry pudding. I love that strawberry pudding that was super tasty. Strawberry lovers should try it. Stuffed chicken it was great in taste too. The ambience was great. They are serving many variety of items. Will visit again to try new dishes. Staff service is excellent.

Had special falooda, strawberry mojito and naturals. All 3 were tasty and palatable. The ambience in first floor.. . The service was nice ; got served without much delay. We went there late night so parking was not an issue.(28.01.24)
