I ordered a meal from Swiggy app So I will be posting a complaint there as well. I think our food should've been reported to the Food Safety Kerala. Been to so many KFC outlets and gotten deliveries from many all over the country and all over Kerala. I literally got rotting chicken. I ordered the chicken rice bowl amongst other items. The chicken in the rice bowl literally tasted like rotting meat , and smelled like a urinal. It was probably the most traumatizing meal I've ever ordered. This place needs to be shut down. How can you serve stinking rotting chicken to customers?? . Please don't eat from here ever.
Really bad experience. We had a Zinger Burger & 3 piece fried chicken. Food quality is not upto the mark as other branches. Dine hall is leaking, water was spilled all over the floor. Service is terrible. We hav asked for 1 extra sauce , and Cashier asked me to pay to personal GPay number. When I asked why you can't bill this? He gave some strange reason.
The dine and the environment is good .The staff is very attentive and friendly
Food was ok. Delivery boys sucked.... My burger came deconstructed, I would appreciate if the kfc team looked upon it...
Worst experiance from outlet of thalassery KFC. KFC offered a compliment for the perticular order and the outlet team denied to give that. Never visit KFC THALASSERY
