Paris Presidency Restaurant

Tried many times from here. One of the most authentic thalassery biryani restaurant. But this time, we got a chance to try their Special Onam sadhya. All items were top notch with two payasam.. Starts from the banana leaf till each items on sadhya, everything Was very great and with superb quality.

Paris Resturant became one of the worst now a days with quality of food and service, even if the food may be average, however the behavior and service of the staff will make you more uncomfortable and mood off. I really don't know why it is called as A/C restaurant , I never felt they have turned on AC . Thalassery people once used to say PARIS is one of the best in town, now a days we can say that it is one of the worst. Disappointed as a Thalassery man.

This place was highly recommended by family residing in the area so we decided to have lunch here. We ordered our food and drinks (for a family of 8) and 45+ mins later, we still had nothing on our table other than the empty glasses and napkin holder that tables usually have. Eventually our drinks come and they had got the order wrong. As for the food, we had to ask them to bring the items that usually come with Biryani and regular meals. I had asked for cutlery and it took them over 5 mins to bring me a spoon . Overall , the food was ok, nothing stood out that would make me go back there to have more of it. The amazingly poor service did not help either. Maybe they were having a a bad day, who knows but I doubt I will go back there for another meal.

The place where you get one of the best biriyani in thaassery ..if your looking for best biriyani you should surely try from paris presidency and the vibe is also very good and the staffs are also very good

Food was ok, but very poor service. It took lot of time to serve the ordered Biriyani and got worst customer service experience when asked why getting delayed. Their attitude was like, " veennmengki kllliccitttt poo".
