Came here with my family of 8 people. The staff is very professional and quick. They will look after you. The dishes are also good. Would recommend .

Visited this restaurant on 22 Apr 2025, along with my family. The Alfam served was using the stale chicken meat. When we started eating the dish, a very bad and intense rotten smell started coimg out of the food. We stopped eating all the food that was on the table. Checked with restaurant manager, and he denied the stale meat being served, but accepted that the food is smelling very badly. In the next 15 minutes, another table also detected the same kind of smell from another chicken based dish. I have informed the restaurant manager on the quality of the food. There are several other tables occupied, but no one cares to check. The manager involved his chef to check the quality. They suspect stale meat supplied by the regular vendor. When i came out in the lobby for billing, the chef and other friends were smiling and enjoying the time. Clearly, it indicates that this is a regular affair, and they just got caught and may not be the first time. I would recommend people to check the food before you eat, or bring your "own chicken" as the restaurant is not showing any accoutability of their wrongdoing. 'People' be safe than sorry. A restaurant is responsible for serving good food to customers, and their shortcoming is not customers problem.

Tried this place today and absolutely loved the food and service provided by the staff. We tried Beef Coconut Fry, Ghee Rice (NIP), Beef Roast, Beef Biryani, Fish meals, Pomfret masala fry (can't recall the name), Tea and strawberry milkshake. The staff provided excellent service. Everything we tried today was really good. From what I saw, it also seems to be a popular place. Recommended!

Recently ordered catering from Pepper Palace, and it was the best catering experience we've ever had. The food was delicious, the team was incredibly accommodating, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend Pepper Palace for both dine-in and catering services.

Lovely restaurant with fresh ingredients. I had the cauliflower as a starter and the paneer butter masala with garlic naan. Not to spicy and deletable. Delicious spiced milk tea. Will return to get my protein fix. Staff was kind and spoke English which made my time there quick. Food came out in less than 15 minutes.

visited this restaurant today, and it was fully packed with customers. Despite the rush, our order was taken after a short five-minute wait. However, the overall experience that followed was disappointing. The first item from our order was served after a long 30-minute wait, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. The chicken noodles were served cold and lacked any seasoning. The Kerala porotta seemed like it had been prepared hours earlier and was the worst I've had in recent memory--stale and unappetizing. The roti and kizhi alfam were served 10 minutes later, but they didn't fare any better. The chicken was hard and didn't seem properly cooked, while the kizhi lacked any distinct flavor. It was a truly underwhelming dining experience. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered a watermelon juice without sugar , but that too turned out to be another disappointment. The juice tasted bitter, which left me wondering how something as simple as watermelon juice could go so wrong. Overall, the service was poor, and the food was average at best. I personally shared my feedback with the person in charge and sincerely hope they take it into consideration to improve their quality and service.
